Food tasted good but the portions for the “regular” size was so small I left hungry after eating a pasta and a side salad and drink.

We ordered here tonight and omg...DONT! All we ordered was buttered noodles and Mac n cheese. Rubberized beyond. Couldn't even eat either noodles. Look like they had been sitting there for two weeks and they decided to cover it up with the LITTLE LITTLE sauce that was on both. I'm shocked you allowed this to leave your store to a paying customer!!!!

Pretty good. Had good flavor and was reasonably priced. I remember when this chain first opened and it hasn't lost quality in my opinion. Still a good quick meal for sure.

Went in today to take my wife to try the food at 10:29pm and the girl in front said she couldn’t help us cuz she had already closed her drawer according to her they had a rough day and that’s understandable but if the restaurant closes at 11 they should be obligated to serve till then, what a disappointment never going back there.

The food and service is always good, however, the drink machines noodles and company uses is disgusting. There's one spout for every type of soda you can imagine. The sodas all taste like each other, because they're coming from the same dispenser. I got a Coke and it was so disgusting, it didn't e haven taste like a coke. Tasted like some weird combination of root beer and five other sodas mixed together.

Mixed thoughts. I've been to Noodles and Company before but never in Arizona. The employee at the register was so helpful and funny, I wish I remembered their name! Prices are good, especially if you get no meat added. However, the udon noodles I got weren't cooked right and were hard and chewy. I also wish they had reusable bowls or plates for dine in instead of putting everything in plastic to be thrown away.

We have been to this place couple of time when ever we visited Tempe marketplace. This is one of the good franchises out there. When we went recently we ordered the butter noodles for kids, penne Rosa, garlic noodles and potstickers for ourselves. The butter noddles was a disappointment, the noodles were undercooked and it was way too thick for kids. Penne Rosa and the stuffed garlic was decent and potstickers is always a good option. Love how they have some spices at the counter and a fancy machine for drinks and water. The service is good and quick. The quantity is limited, I mean you get what you pay for. Overall a quick hunger fix.

Proportions are sooooo small. Side of Mac n cheese is tiny soup is tiny. Entree for 14 bucks in tiny bowl also. Food is not even that good to have those prices and sizes. Soup was super plain and I can microwave better Mac n cheese for a dollar. And have more. Spent 45 bucks to feed three people and we had to throw a pizza in the oven to get full. Side salad is a joke lol.

Got a Alfredo from there and it tasted like cleaning supplies. I mean that literally, had someone else taste it and says it left a soapy taste in their mouth .... Sucks cus I really liked this place.

Fix the menu, get bigger noodles, melt the cheese instead of just tossing it all together, mac n cheese is watery, chicken was burnt. Food look nothing like advertised. Rice Krispies were solid tho

Mac & Cheese from Noodles and Company used to be very cheesy but this was just watered down and very soupy…

Just ordered their chicken parm and was not at all impressed nor satisfied. Felt like I paid $11 for a TV dinner. Also had their cheesy garlic bread for another $6, and it was soggy and the cheese was hard. The only dish that my 8 year old seemed to enjoy was the BBQ mac, and I ate some & it was pretty good.

Cold pot stickers took them back and they brought them back maybe 10 degrees warmer... the steak in my noodles was cold as well as the chicken noodle soup. Not sure what's going on here but something isn't right. For the price it was a bad experience overall. Can't say I'll be back .
