Ordered chicken noodle soup from here because I am sick & also pregnant. They gave me a bowl of broth. There weren’t any noodles or chicken or carrots . I am highly disappointed. That absolutely insane to me. That’s all I have to say. Not happy at all.

Came in on the 16th, and I should have asked for a name, but I didn't. The taller white guy with shoulder-length hair was polite and didn't mind answering a couple of menu questions. Thank you. The cinnamon crunch bagel is delicious. It comes with white chocolate and brown sugar, but it isn't overly sweet a must try.
I got a drive thru pick and waited for my email to get into the drive thru line. When I got to the speaker I gave my name and was asked to pull up. I waited at the window for another 15 minutes before having to honk at the employees to get someone to acknowledge me. They took three orders while my order sat there getting cold. Once the staff did notice me I was given extreme attitude that they had other orders. It was just a bowl of soup and a bread bowl. This is unacceptable service and needs to be addressed.

Just joined the sip club and recommend. There is a panera Bread outside my job site and with limited lunch time it is convenient to be able to put in my order and and quick pick up.

Wouldn't give doordash order through drive through, didn't have anyone doing food running, which made me ask for an order that had been sitting there ready for 5 minutes.

The sandwiches we had were very good. The salad was mediocre. Of course, the cookies were delicious. The person taking our order was not very friendly at all. They were out of sourdough bread and the steak for the steak sandwich, so that was very disappointing. I would have given 3 stars, but the manager made the experience a little better. She was super warm and friendly. She offered us some cookies to sample.
The food was good. I didn't care a whole lot for the sauce on my margarita pizza but it was still good.

It's a bread company right. ✅️ I enjoy their sourdough bread, but whenever I go there, they are out of sourdough! Probably 1/2 the time or more! Change your name to Panera sandwich shop. I'll spend my dough somewhere else.
