The kids who work there couldn't care less about reading requests you put in for how you want your pizza cooked. I got an undercooked pizza with nothing but raw dough and scarce cheese. It was not edible. I paid for extra cheese, but the edges of the pizza had over an inch of dough with literally nothing on it. It was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had.

I will never order from them again. last time they delivered my pizza by throwing it in the driveway. I got no text or other notice that it arrived. when I found it, the box had popped open (from the force of the throw) and when I looked inside, there were cockroaches all over it, eating the pizza. Pizza Hut said they would give me a free pizza next time but when I tried to order another one, they had no record of it. Funny how that happens.Thought I'd give it another try tonight. Ordered it up about 750. Got texts and it was coming. It never showed up. I will never order from them again and urge you not to do so either. Oh, and the pizza was terrible, though I used to really like Pizza Hut. They don't use their own delivery drivers anymore, but only use DoorDash and apparently they have constant problems with DoorDash. This is going to put the company out of business.

Poor communication when trying to call to inform driver of directions or anything everything goes to a call center across the world. They connect you to store and no one picks up. I ordered via their webpage noticed no apt # and called to inform to only be told there was no order sorry do you want to order? NO what do you mean maam there is no order under this number I said fine I will order from Dominos. The poor door dash girl showed up 30 minutes later and we could not afford it and our dominos order. She got stuck with the bill.Biggest issue is not being able to contact any body at the store Horrible business' practice Now I have to call door dash to correct their mistakes Bad company will never order from them again

They don't even pick up the phone at the restaurant. If you place an order, you'll be talking to someone in China or Thailand somewhere that you can't even understand. They won't even honor a credit you have with them after they've messed up your order......

I just rec an order that is completely disgusting. I can't even eat it. I know when the delivery came that fast something was lit right. I tried calling multiple times and no one answers. I want my money back! so not order from here. this is my 3rd time and every time it's messed up. I will be calling in morning for a refund.

Worst service ever. Delivery for cancelled but never notified it was coming again. Called 15 times to the store with no answer. Ended up going somewhere else and then it shows up an hour and half later cold and with a hand written note. Very disappointing
