Staff consistently tries to wrongly charge for double protein even though i never order double protein. Staff also can’t wrap a burrito to save their lives

On campus dining option. The lines here get really long, understandably so. One thing I think they can improve is the quality control of the food they give out. Portion sizes vary every visit, and one time my chicken was raw. If you want something filling in between class, stop by here.

The prices displayed on the board is not the actual price that they charge. The products are charged arbitrarily higher than what is advertised. When asked about it, the lady at the counter just said that everything is becoming costly now so they hiked up the prices.

I ordered a large of Guacamole and chips which is $5 and because I asked to fill up the bowl of guacamole instead of just half bowl they charged me extra and I ended up paying $10 for it! WTF

This was my pick of lunch places during the conference I was attending this week. Food is tasty and potentially healthy enough. Service is efficient which is appreciated during the lunchtime rush. They ran out of brown rice one day but otherwise most components were available.

A good portion of these reviews are from people that have worked there so take them with a grain of salt(theyll probably be out of that too though)

While the staff is generally friendly, the restaurant is very poorly run. They are constantly out of basic food such as vegetables and beans, which makes it impossible for a vegan or vegetarian to eat there. Normally, it's not that deep, and I can just go eat somewhere else. I'm not the type to complain about a restaurant (because that's why options exist), but this is literally the only accessible food option for me. I am forced to have a meal plan against my will by ASU and it is deeply frustrating that I go days without eating because of their ineptitude. The managers really need to figure out how to keep things in stock, and also how to be more prompt about filling Starship orders. Another note, the portion sizes they serve are ridiculously small, especially considering their exorbitant prices. They definitely need to revamp their kitchen flow and keep in mind that many people rely on them for one of the most basic human necessities. Unfortunate, I know, but if they want to keep having poor service without backlash, they should join the fight against ASU's mandatory meal plan policies that rob students of hard-earned money for incredibly low quality and even nonexistent food options. Believe me, I would cook my meals if I could. I could do it for a quarter of the price and it would actually meet my nutritional needs!

About 1/3 the portion size of any other Qdoba or Chipotle. Won't be going to this location again.Edit: Also out of guacamole.

Good food but they are always out of sour cream and Chulula chicken

Pretty much the same price as Chipotle, but I find it to be a lot worse. As all the restaurants in the MU are, mid quality compared to the regular stores

Quality of food varies from time to time due to the nature of student staff, but a great place to get food on campus!
