I ordered a corsage for an event to honor an elderly woman in a walker, and discussed having a wrist corsage for her so she wouldn't need to manage holding anything. I ordered this two weeks in advance, and the corsage was promised to be ready by mid morning the day of the event.The day of the event, at noon, the corsage was not ready. The owner promised to deliver it to our location in 30 minutes in 30 minutes. I called after 35 minutes, and they told me it would be 20 minutes longer, 10 minutes before the event begins.Instead of setting up for this event, I am waiting on a flower delivery that should have been ready 3 hours ago.

Ignorance at its finest. I was wanting a quote for my wedding that is at the end of this year and at first the operations manager, Tiffany, was asking about my date because they didn't have that as well as what was needed. I told her what was asked and then I got another email a day later saying she needs more details in order to give me a contract. First of all I don't want a contract I want a simple quote. Second of all why didn't you get all the information you needed up front? Instead I have a million emails and the last 2 the operations manager was beyond rude. I politely told them I would be going with a. different company so they weren't sitting waiting for a response from me and I got told what's in the screenshot. "Best of luck" with my punctuation or professional email ending. You can see I was professional and nice and I got told this. I wouldn't want a rude company decorating my company at all and they won't be! :)

Rowan Tree did our flowers for our wedding and it was amazing. They listened to exactly what we wanted and made breathtaking centerpieces and bouquets. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a last minute change to our wedding flower plans and used Rowan Tree. The flowers were pretty but nothing special. Expensive for what we received. We had another wedding year before with same requests and flowers were abundant and beautiful and were less expensive. So if you have the $$$ use Rowan Tree, if you are like most of us choose another florist

My husband brought our daughter to Jasmine Jo for a snack. While they were there a few people gave our daughter flowers and the florist ended up making them into a small bouquet for her. She was so excited. So excited that when she brought them home I put them in a vase on the table despite the fact that I have a severe fragrance allergy and haven't been able to have fresh flowers in the house for years. Turns out I wasn't allergic to these and the whole family got to enjoy a beautiful centerpiece for two whole weeks. I can't tell you the joy the florist at Rowan Tree brought to my daughter and inadvertently to me through a simple act of kindness. His gesture guaranteed I'll use Rowan Tree whenever we send flowers.

Went in to buy a flower arrangement. Cute spot to grab a cup of coffee and chat with friends. Unfortunately, they didn't have many bouquets to chose from. The one I did grab was beautiful, but out of two other options there wasn't much variety. Would reccomend ordering online beforehand.

Rowan Tree is a really interesting experience. I loved their coffee shop/ flower shop. The coffee was great! I'm giving it 3 stars because we had a bit of a disappointing experience on the wedding front. I started speaking with Lori about flowers for my small wedding in late October (my wedding is in oct 21 and I wanted to have the florist booked a year out). I gave her my ideas and then we drove out to meet her the first week of November. She had INCREDIBLE ideas and we really were set on using Rowan Tree for our wedding. She told me she'd have a quote to me by the middle of the week (first week of Nov) and went as far as to encourage me to book all my vendors ASAP as October 21 will be very busy with all the delayed COVID weddings. I never heard from her the following week. I reached out after two weeks and she said she was waiting for a vendor response and would get back to me after the holiday..which I understood. She finally got back to me in mid december with a half completed quote. She needed some more information from me and said after that she would finalize the quote. I responded that day but never heard back. After another week and a half went by I wrote her again (this was december 21st). She said she'd respond after Christmas. It's now February, 5 months after I initally reached out and I STILL haven't recieved completed pricing. At this point I have booked with another florist who was much quicker to respond. It's disappointing espeically because we really liked Rowan Tree and wanted to work with them. Hopefully this was just because we're a small wedding and doesn't happen to others.

This shop was great. Zahara was so helpful in my panic for a last minute wedding shower gift. She helped me figure out what I wanted. The arrangement was beautiful and at a reasonable price. I love being able to speak with someone and tell them what I'm looking for. It was just like being at the shop. She sent me a photo of the arrangement almost immediately! Thank you!
