I love Rubio's! This is the first time at this location and the young woman who helped mi at the register was excellent! She knew the menu inside & out. I got what I ordered and it was perfect! Thanks to the cooks too!

Never been disgusted in a rubios before. Soon as you come in you’re greeted by funny/attitude looks. Then they get my ordered wrong, had to go get the right side. My food looks so disgusting. Refried beans is watery and tacos are made sloppy. They don’t wear gloves and hair nets. By far the worst one I been to they seem to be dirty and unsanitary

I had the chicken taco trio at chandler Mall and it was excellent.I stopped at this location to buy it again it was so good, fresh the first time.Got my order home, the lettuce was old and the tortilla tasteless, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting around( not fresh).Sauce, hardly there. So bummed.You need to improve at this location. Disappointed.

Best experience at this location. My mom LOVES tacos and is very specific on how they are prepared. Jocelyn assisted us and was very nice and professional. I think my mother has found her new favorite place!! She is all about the customer service and said the tacos from this location were better than others she has had. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I've been coming to this location for years and I will not be back. I've always been able to substitute items in place of the chips and beans, but apparently they can't do that anymore, but they'd be happy to sell you everything ala carte making your meal that much more. The drink station was disgusting and I literally had to peel my napkin off of the table when I picked it the extra napkins after finishing my meal. I hope you can revisit your best practices and cleanliness for your future customers.
