Food it amazing!!!! I had the drunken noodles and they were the best I've had in Tempe! The interior is nice too! Their fried rice smelled amazing, I'm going to try it next time!

A small amount of rice, but otherwise tasty. The pad sew ew had a good amount of flavor. The green curry was somehow more green than I thought it would be. When I picked up the food, it was already ready by the time I got there. The food was hot. Everything seemed cooked properly. I didn't think it looked like they were too busy when I went inside. They had really good prices when I went.

I will start by saying BEST LARB GAI ever!!! I love Larb but some places serve it very bland and it misses the mark. I usually only order Larb Moo because pork is often more flavorful in a bland Larb scenario but I decided to roll the dice at Sa Bai and I was not disappointed! It had plenty of mint, shallot and it even had toasted rice powder for the complex nutty flavor and unique texture! What an unexpected treat! It was awesome and I ordered it hot (not Thai hot) and it was a proper "hot" rating! It had a nice after burn without the searing intensity of Thai hot. I also ordered the Tom Kha Gai which was good but not great. It was missing some of the aromatics that add to the flavor that I usually love in Tom Kha. I didn't see any lime leaves, galangal, lemongrass or cilantro in my soup. I am excited to try other things at Sa Bai though because the Larb was so tasty! Good job on the Larb Sa Bai! I look forward to more yummy Thai dishes at your restaurant!

Not great, not bad, just good, average Thai cuisine. There is a $1.50 convenience fee to order online so we placed our order telephonically with no issues. Our order was ready within 10-15 minutes. The chicken lettuce wraps were a bit pricy at $15 for an appetizer, and was our least favorite thing; not that it was bad, just the Pad Thai and Classic Curry were better. It was lacking the umami taste. I got the Pad Thai in Hot rather than Thai Hot or Thai Hotx2. The hot was mild to me but I have a higher hot tolerance. We got the Classic Curry in Thai Hot and it was hotter, enough to have us sipping on our drinks but not so hot that it was unpleasant or unbearable to eat. Sa Bai on the Fly is good in a pinch, but not my go to.

Food was too sweet! We did not enjoyed our dinner. Our to go Thai our place was closed, so we tried this once, but we won’t be coming back.

service is horrible , made us feel very unwelcomed we got here half an hour before closing . tried ordering something very simple & she told us we couldn't eat here because they were about to close so we understood but then she tried telling us that her food was very spicy & we wouldn't like it & if we didint like it she couldn't refund us. making us feel like she just didint want to do her job . sucks tho because it looked really delicious :(

Food not equal in value to price. A lot of money for some OK tasting food. Waitress seemed like we were bothering from her break. We were the only ones there.

Absolutely everything is excellent. Their Tom yum soup is always spot on, garlic shrimp dinner consistently delectable, pad sew concoction of taste explosions, definitely recommend the jalapeno curry. I'm not a huge curry fan but it's a must try. You can control the spice levels for every dish, even on something called jalapeno curry.. (I know right!?) Truthfully, I can't say I've ever had anything I've not thoroughly enjoyed. Even their basics like pad Thai are good, even tried fried rice cream previously, delivery, yes really. The location is but odd but highly recommend stopping by. Definitely a hidden gem

My husband and I ordered the chicken chow mein and shrimp fried rice. Both dishes were phenomenal, though I have a low spice tolerance and had trouble getting through my fried rice (I think it was medium but wow what a kick). My husband called regarding this, and the kind staff quickly made another batch for me - which again was consistent in its flavor but even better since it was spot on with the spice! Will look forward to eating here again! Missing my husbands meal as he ate it so quickly.

Portions and temperature were great, everything seemed fresh. It just just lackluster overall flavor. Nothing tasted robust or deep or rich in flavor at all. Everything was just kind of bland. I e had pad Thai in mild and hot, the hot was just high level heat but not much flavor. We had pumpkin curry-bland. Had the chicken lettuce wraps that were very good!

Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had and I think the best Thai tea. Be warned - the Thai hot is not “white ppl Thai hot” but actually real Thai hot, so if you are used to ordering Thai hot from other places and being fine I would eer on the side of caution and go for just hot. It was still really good, cleared out my sinuses and I might have shed a couple of tears but honestly no pain no gain lol.

Owner is a bad customer service person. She has no respect for people who don't see things the way she does and has demonstrated that she doesn't care. She talks to people with rude arrogance like she is above everyone. I do not recommend this place to anyone who likes Thai food. If she treats her customers this way what is she doing to the food

Great place for fast-casual Thai. I'm very basic so I get the yellow curry every time. They can pretty much make most of the menu gluten free in various ways which is really appreciated. They're really a 5 star for food, but....calling them can actually be very hit or miss. Like I would prefer to not give Yelp a chunk of their business tbh, but if they don't pick up the phone roughly 30% of the time, I gotta.
