I've order online, upon arriving to the Sauce. I stood in line for 2 hours just to get my pizza order. There was lots of customers that order online but did not pick their order up. There was like 50 boxes of pizza that customers ordered online but no pick. And I'm here sitting in line for my order but my pizza was not ready. I'm not coming back to this location.

I've eaten at this location at least 3-4 times in the last couple of years including a few days ago. The toppings on our pizzas have been skimpy & rather flavorless & the bottom of my friend's pizza was quite burnt the other day. We did take out so we didn't catch the black crust until we got home. Needless to say we'll be trying a different pizza place next time I'm in town.

I have been a frequent customer here for a while because I love their cookies but the past 3 times I have been they have become more and more hard, not soft like they used to be and they are very inconsistent with taste. They used to be very sweet and now they’re more so bland. The service is good though I just wish their cookies would be how they used to be about 6 months ago or so.

Finally, I had time to dine in. It was comfortable and relaxing enough to enjoy my meal in the restaurant. The food was great and tasty. Staff was friendly and welcoming. :)

Not sure why the spot doesn't have 6 stars. I came here last night because of the pizza and came back the following day for a salad. Was greeted nicely and the young man really did his best to help a hungry guy. I was utterly satisfied with my pizza, a Prosciutto and Fig. Today I got a quinoa, beet and arugula salad with shredded chicken. Great spot! It's a nice spot with cool retro vibe and the smell inside with the fresh pulled pizza is intoxicating. You can't go wrong.

My boyfriend and I got the thin crust fig and prosciutto, and the mozzarella and basil. The za was yummy but the fig one was really lacking in the prosciutto and jam department. Would order it again with hope.Dietary restrictions: You can make the crust gluten-free for $2.5 extra

Good location in downtown Tempe right by Mill ave. They have a good selection of pizzas / calzones, salads, pasta, etc. I got the broccoli chicken pasta which was pretty good. The cheese sauce they use is delicious. However it was sorta pricey ($14) considering the fact that there was only a few small pieces of chicken and broccoli compared to the amount of pasta. They do give free bread + butter. I'd come back here if I were in the area!

As an avid pasta lover I'm going to be a pretty harsh grader on this. The atmosphere of Sauce is really nice and I enjoy that it's one of the places where you order at the front and then can go sit. I will say that the quantity is pretty large for most items, I just still think the price is a little on the higher side for it not being an official sit down restaurant. Is it the most amazing Italian food I've ever had, not personally, but it's still an awesome place to go i with larger groups.
