Save your money. Everything drenched in salt. It’s chipotle but they have beer - NOT AUTHENTIC. This is white “Mexican” food. We HATED the cat robot serving thing. Why use it when there were like 4 people at the counter for a Friday dinner (with no one in the restaurant, which is when we realized we should have left).

Why did they change the bean dip? Everyone knows Serranos, because of their amazing bean dip. It’s now over seasoned and tastes processed. Go back to the original recipe that everyone loved.

The store is always clean and tidy. The staff have been really nice each time I've came and always checked on me. The food is great. I love the stacked enchiladas and green sauce, very food. Oh, and the margaritas are so amazing. The experience is very nice, even the robot server that brings out your food.
Food is disgusting, pre made everything and taste old like been sitting for weeks, took a bite and threw up, told them about and they didn't even refund me, took the food back I didn't eat and threw it away. But didn't offer me a refund even though I didn't eat it and they took it back to throw away. Please don't waist your time.

Was a frequent customer. Ordered in person. Chips, salsa and bean dip were ordered (~$5). Was not placed in the bag for take out. No big deal, right.. just tell them the next time I. Person, being that they were closed when we got home. Manager said, sorry, call us sooner when I came in 2 weeks later to let them know. I was being kind about something small, and the manager remembered my order and us. Just sad about something so silly. But, cheers to a small issue turning in to the dumbest response I have ever received. Enjoy your free $5 and the tip I gave that night.

The restaurant is extremely clean and the staff are informative and friendly. It has been years since I had their chips and salsa and the experience brought back so many memories. Please give this establishment a try, you will not regret it.

Live just a mile down the road. Use to go to the old Serrano’s when it was located here. This is my first visit to Pronto’s. Order at the counter. Two menus… build your own items… and pre-set items. Tried the 2 taco special with beef… first bite took me my surprise at how good & tasty the shredded beef was. Also tried the chicken stacked enchiladas w/ green sauce. Again… surprised how much I liked the chicken and the sauce was delicious! I’ll be back!

Really good Mexican food that is perfect to grab and bring home for a nice meal. It’s more quick-service than sit down (by design) but the food is flavorful and tasty. The stacked enchiladas are amazing. Get the queso fundido with chips and guacamole. The street tacos and burritos are tasty, too. Excellent customer service.
We were devastated when Serranos closed at this location a few years ago. Prontos is well worth the wait! Restaurant is clean and well lit. Food was hot, well portioned, and had many options. We also had an adorable robot waiter that brought our food out.Will definitely be back.
