I’ve been here a few times and whenever I’m served by Megan, I always have a negative experience. She never smiles and ignores you whenever you say something to her. I’ve talked to other friends who go to ShakeSmart regularly and they also feel like she comes off as rude and unfriendly. Ultimately, I wish there was consistent quality customer service whenever I’m there but overall pretty good shakes and bowls at least.

Love this Shake Smart! I can always count on friendly customer service and it's perfect for a refreshing reward after a gym sesh. My favorite smoothie is the fruitopia! I even get their coffees with added protein sometimes. It's the best!

Shake Smart ASU is the best! The store manager is excellent and staff are always super friendly. Great selection of smoothies and protein options that are customizable. Clean store. I have never had a bad experience and they make my day better each time. Will keep coming for sure!

The Buzz Bowl is so refreshing and delicious! I like that the pitaya is scooped on top, not blended into the base which makes it super unique and extra flavorful. I loved the pineapple, the bee pollen, the coconut. All just a really great bowl combined!
