The food here is decent, but the service is pretty awful, the employees are unfortunately slow and unfriendly. I stood at the pickup area for 5 minutes looking at my order on the shelf, when I finally got someones attention she said "Do you need something"... like... I'm standing in the pickup area I need my food that's been sitting since I walked in. Not everybody is like this, but most of the people I've interacted with seem like the hate the fact that you ordered food from them. They've also forgotten to include "premium" toppings that I paid extra for, to my burger multiple times. I would do an online order so you don't have to interact with the people there, just make sure you check the food before you leave to make sure it's correct.

Christina and Nick were exceptional, and the food was fresh and delicious. The best experience we’ve had at smashburger yet.
The guy at the counter asks your order then turns a blender on? stops looks at you turns blender on. We walked out I’m not gonna talk over a blender get someone more personable at the front counter or someone who doesn’t run a blender when someone tries to talk unbelievable felt like a joke.

I have eaten at this location on numerous occasions and it’s always been very good. Today I found 3 extremely long hairs in my burger after only 2 bites. This is very disgusting as I am a short haired guy and what I found was 100% not mine. The fact I found 3 is completely absurd and a health violation. I am very upset by this and will not be eating at Smashburger again.
