Easily the most dysfunctional fast food place I have ever been to. As someone who’s worked in fast food I am very understanding but this place even being open when you show up is about a 30% chance. I can’t count how many negative experiences I have had here including wrong orders, waiting in stalls for 45 minutes plus ,waiting in long lines just to be told there not taking orders anymore. This place needs some serious work new managers, new employees, new management idk it’s rough so save your disappointment and don’t bother going

If I could give this location, zero stars I would. Employees were very rude and unprofessional. I arrived at 11:30 @#12 for a milkshake and mozzarella sticks and was Greeted by an annoyed employee. In the middle of ordering, I was cut off by the male employee who informed me they were now too busy to continue taking my order. When I responded with “you’re open 24 hours “he then replied with “My manager told me to “ Hung up and refused to answer the call button. So just to be as equally frustrating and annoying, I made a mobile Order for pick up while waiting at the stall☺️ I watched multiple people come after me and receive their full tray of food with multiple milkshakes and waited over 30 minutes for my 2 items.Sounds like a new manager is needed since he/she is clearly unable to lead their crew and execute orders efficiently while demonstrating positive and great customer service In a fast paced and busy environment.

The food was delicious and served quick. The staff was particularly impressive this day and as always the route 44 cherry limeade was a win.
When I called I had a very rude person call and hang up very quickly then I tried to call multiple more times and got no answer she needs to learn some costumer

This place is a train wreck.Genuinely might be the worst Sonic of all time. Save your time and DO NOT go here. After waiting ages I was told when trying to place an order to go through the drive through instead, and then after going through the drive through they asked what I wanted to order only to respond with “we’re not taking orders right now sorry,” with a ton of attitude.The craziest part is that’s the third time this month something like that has happened! Safe to say I will not be back — clearly the management does not care about this place.

It took me 20 mins just to get my food. If you are in hurry dont order here.
Took us FORTY minutes to get 3 items. Staff barely acknowledged us. Had to order at the window because the drive through worker wouldn’t respond for much too long. The employee literally had an airpod in. The food here is not that good or cheap enough for such awful service. To make matter worse, the slush machine was down when that was our main reason of waiting for so long. We will be eating at other fast food places for now on.

Pulled into stall 12 right next to the main door & building. 8pm at night with 24 hour service on the window & was turned away cause they are not taking orders. Then you see employees sitting out at the tables texting with her headset still on & other employees just talking inside & when we pushed the order button we were turned away because they weren't taking any orders!

I completely get that Sonic is busy right now but not only did the woman try to steal our change, but they got our order wrong. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake master shake and there was no cheesecake in it. They also forgot the onions on my chili cheese coney. My husband shouldn’t have had to chase the lady down for our change. She knew exactly who’s change it was and acted dumb when we confronted her.
