Feb 2024 bathrooms are locked and no tables or chairs inside or outside. I understand that this makes it easier for the staff to clean up and close when it’s time to shut the doors but come on… no reason for this 3 years after the pandemic as long as proper and routine sanitization takes place….

The cashiers are very nice but the bar staff got my order wrong. I ordered cold brew and the label said so, but it tasted like iced coffee when I got home.

Ive always loved coming it it feel so nice and welcoming. I also noticed that no spanish speaking workers work there. Having said that my mother is hispanic and she sometimes wants coffee but im not there to order it for her sometimes so she goes alone. Every coffee place that weve been to has always allowed my mom to show them her phone( because the orders on the phone) thats the only way my mom can communicate when she goes alone. This one time in particular she went alone and wanted a venti pumpkin cream chai which is what I had wrote down on her phone to show the barista. She told me the lady was rather rude then understanding. She said “next time order at the screen thats why we have it” my mom responded in spanish and said” you guys dont have spanish speaking people so you wouldn’t understand me im sorry” in which the girl said “again youre supposed to order up on the screen” this made me really upset like yeah i get that its inconvenient but my mom is a costumer who shouldn’t be treated like that. The line was not long matter of fact there were no cars. All i ask is a little more patience.

I've been a customer to this location for a few years but now it's time to stop supporting this location. The staff refuse to offer adequate service to those who do not tip proven by them deciding to give me a cold hot coffee as retaliation for not tipping and serving multiple guests who ordered after me. Best to go through the drive through if you don't want to tip or another coffee shop with staff that aren't entitled.

You get charged extra for the vanilla cold foam but they never give you enough! They are stingy with the cold foam at this location and it makes me wonder why I’m paying extra for it :(

Afternoon crew! One star for the cool one that tried to remake my venti iced white mocha. Dude, coffee drinks aren’t supposed to be all milk. It looked like McDonald’s iced coffee.

Barista in the drive thru was asked to load & scan my card for 2x stars. Didn’t load my card, didn’t fix the situation, and didn’t scan the right barcode to even give me stars for my purchase.

Went to get two coffees today - black coffee. Nothing special. The drive through took over 25 minutes for 2 cars, mine included. Parking lot was empty. Not to mention when I drove up to the order window the woman said "what do you need?" I said two venti ice coffee's and she said "what else?" In the worst tone - literally so rude like I was bothering her to order something. Madeline was her name and you could tell she hated her job. Pulled up to the window and not only was she continually being rude with the payment process but she slammed the drinks into my hand causing the lid to pop off. I was so annoyed. They need a better manger here because her attitude and quality of work was horrible. I don't care if people are having a bad day. No need to take it out on someone else and if your that pissy or mean. Go home.
