The classic Starbucks with good coffee and surprisingly good banana bread, almost as good as in Mexico, the one I have visited is located in Tempe (Phoenix), AZ, USA.

This location is on Mill Ave and waking distance from Tempe Town Lake. I came to get a coffee and get some work and homework done. I wanted to go for my run after since it’s so close to the water. There are NO plugs or outlets to plug my phone or computer in. So sad. I wanted to stay and enjoy my coffee while I work. I imagine other students would love that opportunity as well!

I’ve been sitting and stewing on my since Tuesday morning I wasn’t gonna say anything, but I don’t really leave my house 30 minutes early so I can get to work early enough to walk over to Starbucks. I work in the same building as the Starbucks is located. I passed five Starbucks on my way to work every day and I choose to support the one next to me because it’s part of the building complex that I work in. I’ve had numerous issues at this location but I’ve never wanted to complain about anything until now I ordered my Frappuccino. I went back up and ordered some egg bites because I decided I was hungry and a couple next to me with eating them and they look delicious as I was waiting for them to cool, there’s a homeless lady sitting inside the lobby that doesn’t bother me. She’s not bothering me. I’m not bothering her. The manager is also sitting inside the lobby. The Homosapien got up went outside, came back in, walked up to me, stuck her finger in my food and said are you going to eat as well at that point no you’re touching it grossed me out so I got up and left and I haven’t been back cents. I was gonna leave early today to go get coffee, but I decided not to, and made some at home because why would I go and try to enjoy my pre-shift coffee and snack if I’m just gonna be interrupted and waste money she’s currently standing g outside of Starbucks screaming at people and yelling

Usually I like this starbucks but the guy just now who made my pink drink had such an attitude when i told him i ordered a large and he gave me a medium :( i wasn't even rude about it! I kindly told him. he was like mad that i was unfamiliar with the sizes.... hes like its a grande. and i was like is that a large because thats what i ordered, and he was like 'its a medium' in this real annoyed tone. that was the first n only bad interaction i ever had here, so i still rate this store highly but whoever that young man is needs to work on his customer service/people skills! ?

Management went out of their way to get a ladder and remove the pride flag. There's also roaches and flies here. The coffee is worse and more expensive than any other local shop anyway.

The employees at this location are so kind! but it's not well managed & is very unsanitary & the floors seemed very unsafe for the workers during their rush (I mean was very unsanitary/extremely wet). As someone who loves my coffee shops, I felt bad for the workers & didn't feel great consuming something with flies everywhere. Its a Starbucks, management should do better for the consumers & workers.
