This place is terrible. It was 3:32 and my kids really needed to use the restroom. I was even going to buy a coffee but there were two people just sitting at the desks glaring at me and wouldn’t let me through. Extremely rude.i get they were closed but 20 minutes later I witnessed them let someone else in to pee. What the hell.

Clean, efficient, and all the servers are always polite. I didn't have did this visit only coffee, however I've had the food before here and was great. Coffee is excellent.

Ordered two drinks and they managed to mess both up. Ordered holiday drinks and got two lattes.

The drinks are usually good. But the experience is why they get 1 star. The manager is nice but the staff is pretty rude a lot of the time and forget drinks then give you attitude like it’s your fault they didn’t make it.I pre ordered my drink and arrived a little early so I didn’t mind waiting. But my pick up time came and went. About 15 min after I saw a couple of other people waiting and asked if they were waiting for their mobile orders and they were. Theirs was late by 18 min. I asked about the mobile orders since people were coming in and getting their orders that were just placed and ours weren’t even started. The person behind the counter said (with attitude) “I’m going to start them soon.”Fine I waited. Another few minutes and see my drink. So I ask if it was for me and a different worker said “yea I’ll give it to you in a minute” and walked away. I’m annoyed and about to be late for work at this point and had to leave. Finally got my drink while the others were still waiting on their mobile orders that were placed before mine.I have multiple other coworkers that have had consistently negative experiences with the staff at this location. They even forgot ones drink today and when they were asked about it, a staff member, in a rude tone, asked if she even paid for it. Not just in an inquisitive way to find out what happened to the order. But very accusatory as if she didn’t even order the drink.Over all I suggest a different location if you want to be treated at least a little bit ok since this is a regular occurrence.

I am sorry to be the one to give this starbucks a poor review but this is the 3rd time I have ordered a iced chai latte with OAT MILK and have received it with regular milk, I have had friends around my office building who also are complaining of the wrong milk being put or the incorrect amount of flavor pumps in their drinks, I just want to add some of the cashiers are very rude and mannerless, I have stood at the pick up window waiting for my online order for several minutes with ZERO acknowledgment from any of the workers behind the counter and on monday I was told that the coffee machines were cleaning themselves but every other person in the store were receiving their coffee's still and when she finally puts my order out she was trying to hand it to a girl who came in far after I did which makes NO sense. its has been way to many times that my order has been wrong or I have had to deal with rude workers I am finally writing my honest opinion on this store. thank you!

I start almost every morning with the blueberry oatmeal from Starbucks... I went to this location because I was in the area... and let just say I won't be returning... this is the most dry, hard, nasty oatmeal I've ever had in my life. I would give zero stars if it was a option. If I had not already have got home by the time I opened it, I would have taken it back.
