Can I give a ZERO. Always out of something. Never passes an opportunity to open late. Opening hours change constantly. Dont expect to get you morning coffee here before work.

Been a student at ASU and had coffee here alot. It used to be good. Now this particular store has started charging for Whole Milk and Cinnamon powder as well when no other Starbucks charges for it. I ordered a Tall Chai Tea Latte with Whole milk and cinnamon and had to pay a higher price!! When asked it doesn't match with the app or store or anywhere Starbucks wide, they say they are charging now for any substitutions as the sales are LOW!! Hope they realize the real reason for low sales. Pathetic coffee these days for higher price. Avoid this place.Also, the people working here now do have a attitude problem.

Baristas at this location repeatedly have attitudes and are rude to customers for no seeming reason. Today i asked for a sriracha with my meal, and the cashier didn’t hear me or didn’t remember, so i didn’t get it. I went up to her to ask her for the sriracha and she looked annoyed with me, and then proceeded to tell me ‘you can also ask at the end of the bar’, basically telling me that she was inconvenienced to help me. Her tone wasn’t kind and she looked annoyed, it made me really uncomfortable. Please do better and train your baristas to be nice to customers.

I ordered a dirty chai latte, but it was really just a latte. I didn't realize until a little ways in because I thought they had maybe not stirred it and didn't want to be rude. I realized there was absolutely no chai and asked if they could remake it. The manager was super rude saying to tell them 'before I drank half of it" as if I was trying to take advantage of them making me the wrong drink. Extremely poor customer service that made me feel uncomfortable for asking, and the snide comment was just rude and unnecessary when it was their mistake.

Ok, I don't usually post reviews when things go wrong but when you mess it up 3 days in a row and lie to my face about it, then I think it's justified.My order, which I would consider simple modifications to a Caramel Ribbon Ceunch Frap, is apparently impossible to get right. 1 pump less caramel doesn't mean 4 pumps, it doesn't mean extra ice and milk to make it thin liquid. Add a shot of espresso certainly doesn't mean add no espresso and lie to my face about it.Please please please train your employees and actually make sure they know what they're doing. It's not hard, right?

Was a pretty good experience. The one counter worker was either stoned out of his mind or shocked at how we were dressed though cause he was just glazed eyes staring face the whole time LOL.

Ruins me and my friend's morning. I get the same thing each time and they always change the price or don't make it right. At least teach them better. When I ask for 5 shots of espresso, I mean 5... not 3. I watch and they always screw me over. Continuing on the fact of not cleaning the equipment... I have a soy and nut allergy and am always on the verge of going into anaphylactic shock so I can no longer get anything with milk.

I ordered a coffee online and I have been told that none of the workers didn’t know how to make the coffee after waiting for 40 min. And I didn’t get refund back without talking to the customer care service. It is shocking that a well reputed business has these type of flaws at some places.
