Such a busy place! Full of college and HS students. Love the vibe. The food is the same as everywhere :) because of the tournament they ran out of many items in the menu. I enjoyed having coffee and people watching. Overall fast and efficient service, don’t worry if you see a long line . It seems to go by fast.

The oven was not working and employees neglected to say before the purchase of a bakery item. I also ordered a refresher and was given not at all full I attached the picture even before taking any sip. Certainly not the experience I’ve had at other locations my drinks are usually filled completely and staff are more attentive to the details.

Not sure how I haven't reviewed this on campus location yet, but it has always been my go-to when I need a coffee break between classes! LOCATION: -It's in a convenient location for me since all of my classes are centralized around the ISTB1, PEBE, and SCOB buildings due to my major -Also love that's it's in the bookstore, so when I need school supplies, I can make my Starbucks run on the way SERVICE: -I have been coming here consistently throughout my years at ASU and I have found that the staff at this location are the most friendly on campus -baristas always have a smile on their faces and remember names of regulars VERY well -The line moves SO MUCH faster than any other Starbucks on campus. Even at the busiest times which are the typical passing period times (after 10:15, around 12, 3:30ish, etc.) the staff make drinks promptly with very few mistakes -Any time my drink has ever been made wrong, the staff have been quick to replace my drink with exactly what I asked for, and I have never been given any attitude about it! If you're on campus and are deciding which Starbucks to visit, this is easily the best one!

A business with a phone number and they don't answer is not good business I had a big order very big order and I thought I'd call to give you heads up I'll just go ahead and go to Dutch Brothers I'm not being funny I'm being serious I'll get ahold of the corporate office this is not good customer service..

To be honest I was already kind of done with Starbucks from something I saw at this location. Guess they make and throw away 6 display sandwiches a day. That in my opinion needs to be fixed. I reached out to corporate and they let me know that this is not at every location and they would like to fix in all stores by 2020, that I respect so I decided to give Starbucks another chance. After today I will never come to this location again. I don't drink coffee that much and I never drink frappachinos, I mispronounced it and he corrected me which is fine. He then proceeded to say what I said is only at McDonald's and sneered a little. When I told him that was kind of disrespectful he obviously did not care at all. Glad to know I'm not classy enough to shop here, I will never come to this location again and in general kind of will always use other substitutions if possible.

The baristas at this Starbucks are ALWAYS helpful and great at making drinks. They also are mostly student workers who always serve with a smile. The new cold foam brew is also made very well at this location.

I went in Today and the Barista looked like he had a big a** attitude. I had asked for very easy ice and 3/4 of my cup is ice. #controluremotions

Great place to socialize with other students. Not out of the blue like a mixer more like a place to hangout and, get a bite. Plus Starbucks makes some pretty good drinks. I say drinks since in terms of actual coffee some would question its true taste.
