Tough one, usually don’t have any issues but this time had a couple sandwiches made backwards. Please double check your to go orders before leaving. Location didn’t answer phone call to correct order and was closing soon.Order went through the Subway app which was easy but unfortunately mixing up the bread including mix up on sizes contributed to the rating.

This place is located on the NE corner of Warner and McClintock near Zipps and Harbor Freight Tools.Large parking lot but it can get crowded. We ordered a meatball sub through the Subway App. When we get there they are out of meatballs. They said they were going to refund the money. Next day turns out they did not refund the money. We tell them they need to refund the money and they say they cannot because it's the next day. So the manager said come in and they will give us a meatball sub.So about 10 minutes later we go it and they act like they have no idea what we are talking about and refuse to give the meatball sub. We then call back again and they said they will give us the sandwich. We go back in and finally they give the sandwich and the receipt (see photo) showing that they knew exactly which order it was. It's ridiculous that we had to drive there 3 times before they corrected their mistake. There are many other Subways nearby - SE Ray and Rural, NE Elliot and Price near Walmart, NW Chandler and Kyrene, and SE Guadalupe and McClintock. So I would go to any of those other than this one.

Very kind staff working this morning. I came in early for a mobile order and they were kind and cared to finish it and apologize for waiting even though I was the early one! I appreciate customer service like this:)

Negative One

They advertise they open at 10am on Sunday online and on their door signage, but they do not.Someone needs to change that asap.

First time visiting this location. I swear my son finds every subway we pass and we have to eat there. This place had friendly staff and was impressively clean. Food was good as it usually is and cookies were fresh.Vegetarian options: They have all the veggies. Well, all the ones I assume you would want as a vegetarian. Don't roll that way so not much help here.Kid-friendliness: Has kid friendly options and cookies. Yummy.Parking: It's in a shopping center with a lot of other busy businesses so parking can be challenging if ylu need it to be close.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking, it just may not be anywhere close to the restaurant.

Stopped eating subway when the $5 footlong ended. I was starving and wanted a tuna sub. I was robbed. I get prices going up but over 100%???. The tuna was spread like mayo and it still did not cover the sub roll. Complete rip off. Been eating subway for most of my life but not anymore. Change the name to Breadway.

If I was the owner I'd come in everyday from now on. Wonder why you're business is bad and your shop is always empty. Look at the little boys you have goofing around behind the counter. You had 2 other couples, besides me, walk out LOL

Yuck. The employees pick at their faces while they are making your food. We just about lost it. Had to walk out midorder

The girl working today her name was Maria she was so kind and very friendly and welcoming... I was in no rush at all and only buying chips since I ordered online... The other girl working with her Jessica was not welcoming at all until I was at the register I'm not too sure if she was training but her attitude towards her coworker was not friendly at all she seemed very annoyed to be working. My sandwiches are always great from this location!

This subway has high turnover as it is. But there is one worker who blatantly lied to our faces. When I asked for black olives and saw there were none, she paused and hesitantly answered "no" we are all out. But, five minutes later we walked past the sandwhich stations and the black olive container was full. It could have taken a 30 second walk away from the counter (keep in mind there was nobody behind us) to grab another tub of olives, and that topping is the ONLY thing my brother gets on his sandwhich. Each time we have been, this worker has not been very friendly and the laziness should not be tolerated. Our sandwiches were dry because she couldn't just go back and get them for us. I know it is hard to find workers now but dishonesty is not okay. We will be returning to a different subway from now on.

The slowest Subway I have ever been in. When we finally got to order, it turned out they only had white bread. They didn’t have any napkins. They forgot to put fork for my salad (which I was going to eat in the car) and cut a foot long sandwich for my husband… I loveSubway but this was the worst Subway experience for sure.
