Only one person working on lunchtime on a Saturday. Food took forever and messed up both sandwiches but due to how long it took 4 people to get their food I dare not speak up. Would not recommend nor will I be returning to this location.

We were in line my 10 year old daughter asked to use the restroom Ariana or how ever you spell her name told her you need to buy something which I replied I'm in line that's my daughter she replied I'm busy are your u serious right now horrible service don't waste your time

We went into Subway tonight to get dinner and we were in line as there was someone before us. My daughter asked to use the bathroom who is a child and she said no you need to buy something I said we’re in line can she just use the key to go to the bathroom and she said no I’m a little busy right now and she needs to buy something I walked out because why would you be so rude to a customer more specifically a child that needed to pee …You should probably get Arianna some customer service classes.

Well we specifically went to Subway because we had EBT and no time to pick up cash... The employees were discussing some pretty unprofessional things like being high and so drunk they lost a shoe, at the counter when we walked up. They continued the conversation while making our order, literally the entire time they were preparing both orders... When they had finished the sandwiches and it was time to ring us up, they informed me that the EBT matching was down and had been for 6 months. They then informed me that they were waiting on a state agency to fix it and I already knew it was unlawful to attempt to fix or alter the card machine. It was messed up that they were too busy with their very unprofessional conversation to mention that in the beginning, as every Subway I've been to in the last year has. I wouldn't have minded if they had just said I'm sorry we didn't mention it, not act like we just didn't bother with the small sign next to the wall that said it was down... I feel like it is their job to inform me and if they hadn't been so into their conversation they probably would've. I also think they could've just given us the sandwich for the inconvenience since it was mainly their fault for not asking or mentioning it. I guess, I was expecting customer service and not to feel like the village idiot with the way it was handled. I understand there was a small sign but maybe it should be larger and in an area the customer can see it and the staff should be telling us, not acting as though we were in the wrong for not seeing it when it's placement and size were an issue that they admitted to. The guy said they should have a bigger sign in a better area... They could've given the sandwiches due to the error. My biggest issue is we went out of our way to be very disappointed, because they were too involved in their unprofessional conversation at the counter. We even chimed in to be polite even though we were both uncomfortable because we are both in early recovery and just got out of treatment a month ago... Tact, poise, customer service, those are not the most difficult aspects of the job with two easy going customers who have worked in customer service for more than 20 years. We understand things do happen, but owning your own part and doing your very best to resolve it, that was not even attempted. Throwing the food away after a mistake that was also theirs was not the best way to handle it. I'm not one to even seek out free food, but I am one to point out where service is lacking and needs attention.

Time of attempted visit 4pm Friday Feb 16. Lady on duty never bothered to greet us and it was only when we were ready to order the lady told us she could not serve us for a while. We left and went to another location.

This place sucks I ordered 3 foot longs and they all came with a long female hair and the man who made the sandwiches made them really bad the dude who made it was really slow I waited 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches to be made and he kept mumbling to himself and he was being strange and he squished the bread and the sandwich when he was done

Darling “Creepie” Ghoul

Not the best subway, went in to grab a foot long for lunch, and the person helping me did not change their gloves after touching the bathroom key. They also served old meat that was very dry. So be careful when ordering here.

Alica (I'm not sure if that is how you spell it. It's pronounced as Alika but I feel like it might be spelled with a C) was amazing and really helpful, patient, and kind. She seemed to really enjoy what she does, which is rare in food service. I have anxiety regarding my indecisiveness, but she made me feel more comfortable when trying to decide. She gave me great suggestions and I haven't eaten it yet, but I'm sure I'm gonna love it!!!! Thank you!!

Today was not a good day for Subway! The bread was litterly falling apart when I asked the young man (Nick) he was very upset and asked me if I wanted different bread I said yes please, he pulled out another bread and pushed it down saying " it's soft see". He left the bread on the countet and went to the back of the store. Another young came out to finish my order, his face looked even more upset than the first employee. I have been a cutomer for years and this was the worst experience ever. What I should have done is walk out. Obviously these two employees didn't want to be there. Gives the store rap because there other days the employees are friendly and very respectful. Nick, you don't belong working with the public.

This spot has been a hit or miss for me and today was a pretty disappointing miss. I ordered a Spicy Italian FL Pro which is supposed to come with more meat. Even after the girl finished with the protein I even asked if that was the right amount for the FL Pro cause it looked a little light and she said yes. I wasn't gonna argue with her about it but when I went to eat it you can tell it was just the normal amount they put on a regular FL and not the amount they put on the FL Pro. She definitely charged me for the pro amount though. Like I said this place is hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who knows what they're doing and sometimes you don't. Sometime you get fresh bread sometimes it's stale. At least this time the bread was fresh.
