4 stars for the food. 3 stars for the service, as they absolutely needed either more staff or more motivated staff. The woman that was the cashier was working her butt off running the cash register, being the hostess AND bussing tables. Meanwhile, many servers walked past us for several minutes after we walked in and didnt offer to seat us. This poor woman is over here doing 3 jobs (or more) while new customers walked in (like us) and was too busy cashing people out to seat us. Totally not her fault. But when you have lots of servers walking around doing not much, they should've easily helped her out and sat tables.That being said the food was good, onion rings ON POINT. I also love when restaurants will give you to-go cups with refill beverages when you leave. It's a typical no-frills diner which is honestly what I loved about it. Husband said his burger was also good. We will be back to try their huge breakfast menu.Kid-friendliness: Typical diner food, so plenty of kid friendly options

I was hesitant about this place just because it seemed like there was no available parking but there's a lot of tables and seating inside. Portions are large the service is great, booths and the atmosphere at a little rundown but if you want an amazing breakfast this is the place to go...

I'm not a big breakfast guy cause it's expensive but I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was great and the food was delicious. Chicken fried steak, and their tasty potatoes. Subbed a couple of small pancakes for only a buck! Would definitely go back.

First time here. We actually stopped by because we wanted cocktails with our breakfast. I saw on Instagram that they were promoting a Sunny Sunrise. First our server had no idea what I was talking about, so I showed her the post and said that they didn't do that. So we asked for our go to cocktails. Unfortunately, our server had to ask how to make a vodka and cranberry and a whiskey and diet. That was a wow moment. We should've just left but we didn't want to hurt our server's feelings. After breakfast and $48 (without 20% tip) I wish we would've went somewhere else. Sorry, Sunny but compared to your establishment in Chandler this was just an awful experience.
