They often skimp on portions for most meals, are quite rude and will ignore you when waiting for an order, and will oftentimes take hours while you wait in the overcrowded, loud, smelly, bright lobby.

Terrible service. It took an hour and a half to get 3 tacos. I do not recommend going to this location.

I have ordered 3 tacos multiple times. it's absurd that every single time I order three tacos I've had to wait over 45 minutes. I have classes to go to, shit to do. It's honestly ridiculous. Never go here.

The best late night Taco Bell spot! Orders were picture perfect! By far the best taco bell experience to date.

Never go here. I waited over 45 minutes for my food and it never came. After the fact, I had to talk to workers for at least 10 minutes before getting issued a refund for food i never got. The workers were extremely rude, and they don't know how to work a restaurant.

The food was cold— like less than room temperature although I picked up the order as soon as it was ready. The nachos (if you can call it that) were basically chips with a sample of meat and cheese although I paid for extra.

I wish that I could give this Taco Bell ZERO stars but I guess that one will suffice. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. Management needs to work on improving their attitudes, chaotic dining room, and unmotivated staff that prepares food at about the same rate as a sloth. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for 3 burritos…THREE. I’ve watched numerous customers that arrived after me come and go. Then to make matters worse they’re giving orders out partially to customers so while waiting on other items to be completed the items that they had already given out are now cold. This location is extremely disorganized and is in dire need of structure!

Something was clearly on fire in the kitchen smoking up the dining room; full of people waiting for orders and then they didn't include all the items for the order asked for. Rude and disrespectful employee harassing paying customers into leaving. I understand this is the all night location next to ASU but this was ridiculous. Unless you have an hour to get "fast food" don't bother.

Ordered three crunchy tacos and one burrito supreme knowing the serving size would be very small. What I ordered turned out to be pathetic. The food was cold with no taste and not fit to eat. I guess this happens at every Taco Bell. To be fair, when fast food companies do not pay their frontline workers a decent wage, the customer ends up getting poor quality in both service and food. Hey Taco Bell Management, you might want to take a cue from In and Out by paying your frontline workers a decent wage and in return the service and food at Taco Bell would end up being better quality than what is right now.

The Manager on duty today 3/8/2024 11:34am was holding an interview while I walked into the restroom. This grown man stopped his interview to follow me in to the restroom while I am mid stream peeing he barged in and opens the door the door and yells at me to get out of the restroom I know he can hear I am currently peeing and I let him know he cannot come in here I am using the restroom he continues to scream at me and tell me to get out. The only reason I can use this restroom is because an employee gave me the code. But yet he doesn't see any problem being in the restroom while I am using the restroom. Once I was able to tell him to get out and let me finish he continues to send another employee in the restroom but this one ended up being a women. She came in while I was washing my hands and I informed her of the issue of him coming in while I am peeing. She apologized and left. This is unacceptable and the manager on duty does not have the authority to enter a woman's restroom holding the door open trying to kick me out during mid stream. I hope some district manager or corporate HR handles this unprofessional behavior quickly before this happens again and I will be streaming live next time to guarantee I have the proof. But you have the proof on the cameras at the store of him entering the restroom after I walked in and sending another employee in to harass me. This unprofessionalism needs to be handled.
