honestly the costumer service sucks here. terrible lots of attitude. i’ve tried going here at different times to get different people and they all have that same attitude.? so overall the employees suck.

Miss Attitude at the drive thru counter should’ve worried more about putting my Diablo Sauce in the bag and a bit less about rolling her eyes, sighing, and slamming the window shut after I asked for some chipotle sauce at the window (with no one behind me). Sure glad I didn’t get the urge to order any extra food or I’m almost positive she would’ve had an aneurysm lolIf I go back and it’s my homeboy with the painted nails working the drive thru — or some other person who doesn’t make ordering at Taco Bell feel like high school drama — I’ll change this ?

I placed a mobile order and paid, drove up to collect and while waiting for my food, Leslie noticed I had my dog with me and gave me a small cup of water for him. My food was perfectly packed and Leslie was so nice at the drive thru window. 10/10 recommend.

Ever wonder why you get sick when you eat here? The manager is lazy and afraid of confrontation so the employees are too busy doing drugs in the walk in cooler to care about washing hands and changing gloves. They eat the food off the line and no one cares that they double dip. Its absolutely disgusting. I recommend eating elsewhere unless you want to get sick and deal with a fake manager who couldn't care less.
Great price, doing a keto diet so just grab some ground beef and nacho cheese that was great.

Pretty sad you have to ask a manager to overlook the prep of your food due to so many mistakes. Even with the manager overseeing things, the quality is still horrific! Items missing and a taco that is 2.50 should not be 2/3 of the way empty.

Cashier Maria B. at the southern and mcclintock location was very rude. It was 4:28 and tried to deny us the happy hour prices because it “4:30”. Mind you, the sign in the drive thru says it ends at 5pm. She got mad that its customer service to give the time/price that shows and put our change in my husbands hand rudely. Do you really get paid enough to care that much??
