"Open" signs were lit, drive thru menu was lit.... But it was closed. Wasted several minutes of my time along with 3 other cars I saw pulling through the drivethru behind me.

Normally I have such a great experience here. Today I was picking up a mobile order and nobody said anything to me. There was a line and I waited and then nobody said anything after the line was done. Which is fine but I’m waiting to be acknowledged so I can tell them I’m here to pick up. This lady keeps walking yo the front the just stand there and there’s a guy who’s busy as the cashier. He had waves of line. When I arrived there was four people. Then nobody. Then six more people. Finally I had to interject and asked how long the order would take and they said they were finishing it up. They literally finished everybody’s orders before the mobile order. I don’t understand why that lady was just walking around. Just disappointed in an otherwise good restaurant.Just called to let them know about my experience and was told it’s the cashiers duty to acknowledge people. And also that because their systems are down they WONT acknowledge people in the mobile area.

My husband was disrespected by staff. We had traveled from Casa Grande, our SC had stopped working and he was dehydrated. He had taken off his shoes trying to cool off faster. He was instructed by staff to put his shoes back on. He was in the process of doing as he was told when he was told, "our your God Damn shoes on.". My Husband is a Pastor and a reputable business man and the disrespectful comment wasn't necessary as he had already complied with the first request. We will not go to this restaurant again. Very disappointed customer.

I got to the drive through on Saturday at 11:45pm. I waited for awhile for someone to take my order, but got no answer. I was confused because the website says they’re open until 1am. I then drive up to the window thinking the speaker may be broken, and I come to find out the employees are completely just ignoring me. They just starred at me with a rude look until this older lady came up to the window and says “we’re closed”. I then told her that the website says they’re open until 1am, and she goes “I don’t care we’re closed” then closes the window. I had to go all the way around and inform the other two cars behind me of the issue. This is truly horrible business.
