Excellent place friendly staff amazing tea and wonderful atmosphere. I stopped in for some tea earlier and was greeted by one of the greatest experiences I've ever had purchasing tea. If you're thinking about spending a moment to have some tea spend it here.

We got two tea’s (taro with boba and coffee milk with boba), the prior was waaaay too sweet with what tasted like melted butter and sugar at the bottom. The later was too bland and bitter. Poorly balanced flavors.

The smoothie is nothing more than sugar concentrate, was hoping they used real fruit but when my smothie melted I noticed it looked like pure concentrate. Very unhealthy this place is not different from a quick trip frozen slushy. Honestly if you want something healthy try looking for something all American preferably the annoying Becky or ghetto Keisha type places.

If I can give a half star, I will more than happy to do so. I am so disappointed, this place smells and awful. The place is nasty, I cannot express my anger enough on Yelp, the bathroom is not clean and the staff does not even clean. The Jade Lemonade was not good at all, too sour, not even worth my money. I wish I can give my money back, :( sad face....

First time here with my friend. When walking in it was so cute and all instagramable!! We asked for a recommendation and the house tea was really good. I was surprised how they would give out a sample especially during covid, but the lady was so nice and allowed a sample. I enjoyed the fun and cute places to drink and sit.

4/30 walked in got 2 teas they were terrible tasting. I cant believe they dont even serve hot teas. Next i asked no ice and she said OK, gave me my tea with ICE. I said no ice she smiled and said cant do it. Terrible terrible terrible.

I have tried lots of boba places and I was just not impressed with this place. I got the jasmine milk tea and my bf got the house milk tea. My bf was not even able to finish his drink and we ended up throwing it out. Also my drink was warm so it was hard to drink it.

I live right next door so thought I'd finally try it. I'm a boba/milk tea snob. The store looks cute. But the drinks here are AWFUL. The peach oolong tea was nothing special - and barely any ice was in it so it was just a warm drink. I mean it's already hot here, so I was expecting to get a nice cold refreshing drink. The peach soda literally tastes like sprite + peaches in a cup mixed. Disgusting. Store is mostly very empty every time I pass. Maybe an occasional college person studying. The girl up front is always just on her phone & bored. Honestly don't know how they stay in business.
Speaking the Truth
The new beef bowl is delicious, and so is the mini eggs cake (雞蛋仔). Please keep these items the same! I haven't drink the teas yet but will.
Closed 3 hours ahead of their business hours. Person locked the door right in front of us. No explanation. Awful attitude.

Got the milk tea and my stomach was killing me shortly afterwards. The boba may have been the culprit, it tasted off and definitely wasn't fresh.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the outcome of my drink, especially when I truly wanted to enjoy it based on the interior of the shop. I tried their new Taro drink which was suggested by one of the workers there. She was quite sweet and the price was not too bad. I guess I get what I paid for..the taro drink was made by a powder which only clumped at the bottom. For you to truly enjoy it, I suggest sipping from the top, but eventually the powder clogged the straw enough and just left a very grainy taste in my mouth. Overall, the place and drink was quite the cute picture I was looking for, but the taste fell through.
