Normally I wouldn’t give an establishment that serves Pepsi a review let alone five stars but this place has good bowls if you like chicken bowls this is about as good as it gets plus the entire staff seems really cool. These days good service is fast food establishments is rare so they earned five stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. On May 10th we were running around all day, so we decided to grab something to eat close to home. We landed at Tokyo Joe's and I'm sorry we did. Ordered a chicken nugget bowl for my 3 year old son. He ate 1.5 nuggets before we realized the interior of the nugget was completely raw. Highly unacceptable! All I know is they better hope he doesn't get sick, because I will take action

It's been a LONG time since we've eaten at Tokyo Joe's. The one closer to our place closed down but we had a craving for it- so we drove to this location. First- and I ALWAYS notice customer service first- it was excellent. Greeted by personnel behind the counter. They were super sweet, talkative and cheery! Helped to create 4 custom bowls-mostly vegetarian and we signed up for the rewards. I even left a nice tip because of the customer service being exceptional. The food didn't disappoint but we'd suggest the broccoli be cooked longer so it's hot and softer to blend with the noodles and rice. The raw/rough and cold-ish bland flavor and texture didn't mix well with the hot carbs. Maybe we have to ask for that? Either way- kudos on nice humans!

We go to Joe's frequently with all the choices of toppings and veggies, you can create a new dish everyday. Also service is always fast and the food very fresh. Great place to eat.

Very unorganized staff (teenagers). Additionally, they added veggies to our toddlers mac and cheese meals, without even asking us (veggies were not on the menu for this item). Unfortunately, our kids sit in the category of not eating veggies mixed in with other foods, so it was a 13 dollar waste. Further they forgot to give us both the fruit and cookie for the kids meals.

Great sushi, great customer service, reasonable prices. Only thing is, they didn't have a Philadelphia roll. But damn, everything I got was delicious, fresh and the staff were kind. I went at 5ish on a Sunday and no crowds!

I don't remember the last time I ate Tokyo Joe's. So, I came with no expectations. I decided to "build my own" poke style bowl. The bowl I left with was packed to the lid. That's always a plus, but always makes for a challenge to mix it up to get a mix of items in each bite. I picked shrimp as my main protein. It was cooked perfectly, but didn't have any real spices on it directly. But, they offered the voice of two Asian sauces out of the maybe 10 choices. That's where the real flavor and spiciness is added. I always enjoy trying new things, and Toyo Joe's have several toppings and sauces choices you don't see it other poke/sushi restaurants. I will be back.

Wanted California Rolls but they were out of rice.. so 1st time I tried Mojoe Bowl && it was delicious.. was either a refund or order something else on the menu, I've only went there for California Rolls so I asked for any suggestions, after a couple questions, she recommended the Mojoe Bowl && I am sold.. now I go over for the rolls as well as the bowl.. yum!?! The restrooms are clean.. their fountain drinks area is well maintained.. the employees are super nice, very respectful.. (1size fountain drink: pomegranate sobe)
