The vegan food was good, but the reason for the 4 stars was more so for the price. The roll came out to almost $10 and it was justa veggie roll with 6 pieces. I don't understand the price being close to what you would pay for a salmon roll with having just plain vegetables in it. It is such a disappointment when this happens. This was quite the experience for me. I enjoy my in person interactions when I'm out and this was not that. Upon entering the first space which felt like a mall food court, there are kiosk stands where one would place their order. There is a great selection of food and a vegan specific 'restaurant' available. I really wanted sushi but didn't feel like going to a restaurant and this place hit the spot! I ordered for takeout and it took around 10-12 minutes. The miso soup was a bowl size (thank you!) the sushi was delicious, very spicy. I got the crunch roll with spicy tuna, crab, eel sauce, crunch, and spicy mayo. I would definitely get it again.
