Normally love Trop Smoothie and stopped in for a quick lunch. We almost didn’t stop into this location due to the reviews. We should have followed our instincts. To whomever is reading these reviews, please seriously consider firing or making the two younger Hispanic employees work with a manager. They hid in the back from taking orders and helping their only remaining coworker. We ended up waiting over 30+ min for two sandwiches because the two employees in question (they are also very obviously dating or romantically involved) LEFT the restaurant together during a long line of waiting customers and returned 30 min later - it was apparent they went to the gas station across the street because they came back with large sodas and chips. We were actually able to encourage other customers coming into the store to leave because of the long wait and only 1 employee working. One customer who ordered food after us actually left without receiving her food because she couldn’t wait any longer. When they did start “working” again, they couldn’t be bothered to step up and help and were extremely rude.Please AVOID this location at all costs.

Horrible Customer Service, short tan girl 18-20 years old, working 03/01/2024 wearing pink. Was literally on phone call with someone while trying to take my order, I asked a question of what is in the energizer and had to ask it 4 times due to her being on the phone...Just fire and rehire or retrain the disregard has made me from potential every day customer to never again.... read your reviews and please understand you guys had good food and drinks but you desperately need well trained staff

I just moved into the neighborhood and was looking for a new quiet smoothie place that has great prices and even better products! Needless to say I FOUND ONE! Stopped in for a quick smoothie and little bite to eat did I know I would find paradise within these walls! The associate Adriana was super sweet and helped guide my choice when making my decision! I will 100% be coming back here!Parking: Plenty of parking!

Service was horrible. It was like they didn't want to be there. We were the only customers and had to wait over 10 mins for a smoothie and a flatbread. They were very unmotivated and when other customers v came in they weee out of most of the add ons. Not surprised considering they didn't care about their customers when the employees where texting on their phones.

The service is horrible! The lady has no etiquettes on how to treat a customer and lies to the face. I requested a peanut paradise smoothie without ice and she loaded it up with ice not sure why! I don’t believe the ingredients were going out of her pocket either. When I confronted if the smoothie had ice she blatantly denied. But looking at the quantity and takin the first sip I knew there was lots of it.I was told I will get half the quantity of the smoothie if I get without ice which I said I’m ok with but can’t do cold as I’m sick.not visiting again specially not this location.

I really like this place and have come here for years. It has recently fallen off in the service and speed department. Three out of the last 5 times I went, all different days and times (weekend and workdays), I had to wait 20+ minutes for a smoothie. One single smoothie. Which is strange because there’s rarely more than one person ahead of me in the line so im not sure what the issue is.

-100 would be the ACCURATE rating! ABSOLUTELY the WORST service!!!! I stood there waiting for OVER 15 mins to order. Only 1 customer waiting for their food, no other customers (now I know why) TWO employees: one saw me and CONTINUED to sit on her butt, didn’t say “hi” or even “one moment” nothing!! Other employee, back to me entire time, never turned around to greet or acknowledge when I SAID “HELLO”. I wouldn’t understand if you were busy, things happen. The PURE laziness and complete disregard for their #1 job duty, which conveniently is in their job title (CUSTOMER SERVICE) is what makes this place somewhere, I wouldn’t even go to if I was starving and it was the only place left on the planet. On the last note, if you don’t like your job, which is customer service, QUIT!! I hear feet photos go for a high price, that’s the career for you guys.

Every single time we’ve gone they have either forgotten something in the order or made it incorrectly. We just ordered 2 drinks with no banana, replace with OJ. We got two both bananas no OJ.
