I had my first Waffle House experience at this location and could not be more delighted.This place is filled with charm and I'm a bit jealous there are non in my area.Likes- full transparency. You get to see the servers working on food. It's amazing that they are responsible for taking orders AND making food- clean environment. I have favorite restaurants back home that aren't as clean as this place- I love the decor and styling. Most chain places have dropped nice touches like tile on the wall.- great prices and filling food. I had the special plate that included grits. The waffles were nice and fluffy and the grits were perfectly cooked with a lovely buttery taste. The bacon was crisp but had chew.- Coke drinks (the Diet coke was very crisp)- our server was very friendly and mostly attentive (I probably would have asked for drink refills if she wasn't so busy).- the flatware is good too. I hate when you go to a place that has great food but the utensils are so rough!Kid-friendliness: my kids love it

I wanted to call and ask a question but you don't even answer your phones anymore and instead tell me to place an order on the website. What's the point in having a phone number if there is no way to talk to a human being and it's just a recorded message.

It wasn't very busy yet we waited 10 min to take our order and get drinks. We waited another 10 minutes and they hadn't started cooking the food yet. We weren't the only customers that left due to long wait times.

Came in on a super busy Sunday late morning. The place was slammed and everyone working was super busy. They still took care of me. My food was excellent for the price. Waffle House is still the best breakfast and 24 spot imho.

I Love waffle houses but this one is ROUGH even for WH. Chaotic and loud +11 /shrug -- maybe just the day I was there...Parking: Have to park behind or adjacent lots the main one will fill up quickly

Big Waffle House fan! But NOT this one across from AZ Mills. Saturday walked in at 1230 pm. Not busy at all. Floors were sooo dirty. Napkins bread, etc. Food/plates left on the low counters. Don't know how long. Didn't look like any one was going to clean it. One of the waitstaff made eye contact with us and said it will just be a minute. 5 booths empty. Counters had a total of 4 people. Same waitstaff came out from behind counter and fiddled with the juke box. Six waitstaff total behind the counter. Three were talking to each other and another was jumping up and down dancing. Most of them made eye contact with us. We waited for a little over 5 minutes and left. Totally turned us off. Went to U.S. Egg down the street. The difference between these two establishments is like night and day!
