Go to the mall and get pretzels this place is not the same. I got an order of pizza bites and cheesy dog bites. Burnt and cold when I got them. And took more than an hour. Won’t be coming back here.

Don't expect the same pretzels as mills mall where they make them fresh, this tase like they've been sitting out all day they also don't put salt on there pretzel but on a side note their lemonade is pretty good ?? also I didn't drive here but getting in n out looks annoying and parking lot is very small if that helps anyone drivingParking: Park at the gas station and walk over

My first time getting Wetzel. I did read the reviews before going and said "challenge accepted". Worst area to drive in! Crappy customer service, I asked about cinnamon sticks and was told (2 hours before close) they didn't have any but they could make a cinnamon sugar pretzel.Will be trying the mall Wetzel's for sure ?.

The worker was very friendly, however the pretzels were a bit stale and not very warm compared to much fresher ones at basically any of the mall locations, will give it another shot, hopefully they can get better especially seeing some of the other reviews…On the plus side the frozen lemonade was perfect

I love Wetzel’s and I order from this location a few times a week. I’m only leaving a review because I put in a order through Uber eats and for some reason on the app it doesn’t give an option for cream cheese as a dip. I tried to call the store to ask if they could just switch it out but no one is answering and I’ve called 5 times. I wish it was easier to get ahold of this location.

The dough is RAW in the middle. Their oven, per an employee, makes them golden brown with a raw center. They will not refund you either.

Apple Maps says open till 1am on Saturdays; sign on the door says open till 11pm on saturdays. Got there at 1035pm on a Saturday and doors are locked and they're counting the register and mouthing 'closed.' Went out of my way to come get some pretzels during normal operating hours - very disappointed.
