I’m not sure if it’s just this location but I’ve been here twice now. Neither time was very good. The first time it seemed lightly seasoned and had no flavor. This time my fries are burnt. I can’t come back here

You guys really need to speed up your delivery times. I've cancelled more orders for excessive wait times here than I can count. Also if you're going to force drivers to fill drinks, give them the cups BEFORE you hand them the order. We've been here 10 or 15 minutes already and then you just want to waste more of our time. Always just a tedious awful experience to come to this location

Came here because we like wing stop, but this location suck when it comes to getting food out quickly and they will half coat your wings. Go somewhere else, or at least another location.Vegetarian options: They have frys as well as carrots and celery, those would be the only vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: No availability for dietary restrictions, what you see is what you get, well sorta if they get the order right.Parking: It's a shopping center with sufficient parking but cars fly through the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of tables and chairs.

On 2/25/24, I ordered (Order#24956158563516416) 1 small 6pc Wing Combo (6 mild classic, 1 seasoned fry, 1 ranch, 1 water, 1 regular ranch). This was at 5:42PM. The online order said 16-21mins. This means my wings should be available at 5:58-6:03PM. I arrived at the store at 6:05 P.M. I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order. This was extremely frustrating.Then, when I got to my location, they gave me the wrong flavor wings. So, I called and was put on hold for around 5 minutes. Then I talked with the girl (I can't remember names because this was a month ago now). The team member finally got on the phone and I said I wanted my wings replaced. They couldn't deliver them. So, I said I wanted a refund of my order. She said she didn't know how so she put her manager on the phone. The manager didn't either so she had to call her manager. Finally, after 20 minutes of being on the phone, she said she would refund the order.2 weeks later, no refund. I called and they said they didn't do the refund. Since it was 2+weeks, it was no longer in the system. So, she said to come by and get my refund for the order. I said I can't so it would be later. She said no problem.Last night 3/24, I called to order it instead of a refund. They would only replace the wings, not the whole order. They said 15 mins. It took me about 15 mins to get there. The manager said it would be 15 mins. I still don't have a refund or wings! This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. The managers are incompetent, arrogant, and rude. I will never go back to this location.

The wingstop on 120 Blondo owes me a credit for $30. Owners could care less. Customer service is the worst. Wouldn't go to this restaurant or any wingstop again.

Wings and fries were great but was completely uncomfortable waiting for my food because employees were loudly complaining about workplace policies and treatment. A supervisor or manager screamed from the cash register at an employee after they made a silly joke about a phone order (joke was not inappropriate or crass). There were about 10 customers who all instantly looked up and turned their heads when we heard the manager scream at the employee. Based on the employees' responses, it wasn't the first time that's for sure. This was a recent Sat evening at the Rural/Baseline location and the manager had long hair in a pony tail and she had a deep/stern voice, to help identify.

Worst Wing stop location ever! The manager that worked the hour of 9pm on 2/23/24 is a horrible example of professionalism! She has her staff acting the same way. Especially Tj. I spent alot of money for my family this night and was treated horribly. I need to speak to higher management
