Been coming for years all staff is outstandingly helpful & attentive with great customer service. Devin is the #1. Every time I've asked him for a good drink to recommend it never fails to amaze me. Try it out you won't regret it.

I ordered ONE boba drink. While waiting, I decided to use the restroom. Once I had finished my business I pulled up my shorts only to discover they had been sitting in a rather large puddle of piss on the floor and it had soaked the khaki material of my shorts leg. So I was in the restroom for 10 minutes trying to clean my shorts and my tea was still not ready when I came out. I proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes and the tea still wasn’t done. The cashier asked what I was waiting on (The same girl that took my order and was the one I informed about the piss puddle). Finally after another 5 minutes, my tea finally came out and the boba I had ordered was sour. So after all of that, I ended up leaving with my shorts covered in someone else’s piss with a terrible drink that I had waited 30 minutes for!

The golden tea was adequate but a bit weak in flavor. The boba were middle of the road quality / freshness. I wouldn't say don't go here, but I'm definitely more excited about the wild churros than the tea.

I really enjoy going to this place. I went to the first location that open in peoria. The owners are great down to earth people. You can tell they love what they do. They put so much love into their business. They are not afraid to mingle with their customers to make sure they are enjoying their drinks. They make it to where you feel like your in your own living room having quality time with your family by providing games to play making it even a better experience. They now have two locations the other one is in Tolleson. I highly recommend either location. So, if you enjoy boba drinks and a friendly environment try either location.

We ordered Halo-Halo and when it was done they didn't add the ice cream because they ran out. Yet they didn't say anything about missing ingredients prior so we can change our order. We didn't want to argue or wait for a different one so we took it. It was not so good and for whatever reason they put the milk in a separate plastic bag inside of the cup. We came back another day and asked for a replacement but the server claimed they were not able to help. Why not just warn us that you don't have the ingredients and instead pretend it's okay when giving it to begin with? And why put the milk in a plastic bag? We never said we were going to wait to eat it. We ended up just redeeming our punch cards and I'm not sure we will be back.

Recently visited this location and the ambience is nice and aesthetically pleasing. The customer service was subpar. The cashier was rude and not informative as he stated they were out of the bobas I was asking for and when we were asking questions regarding the menu, seeing as they were out of the bobas we asked for, he just gestured to the menu. As we waited for our items, we noticed our number was skipped four times. When we asked about our order, he did not respond, went to the cash register and did not acknowledge that they skipped our order. Overall the drinks were good, however, customer service could do some tailoring.

Would give 0 stars, but going to a boba place at 8:50 on a thursday night and i had to wait an hour (9:55) for TWO drinks and 30mins into our hour wait they told me they ran out of boba… we were #198 they call for #199 (the people after us) that had 4 drinks all with boba in them. i’m confused on 1st why they got them first and second why they had boba for their order and not ours? and 80% of the time there was no one up front so the line would get super backed up and they lady putting out the drink would set them down and not call for the number so the drinks would sit there until someone else would go up and look at the number. extremely disappointed and frustrated, i think its time for new management and more workers.

First impression the aesthetics are so cute. The service was super friendly they gave us free samples. The samples were delicious! I recommend the Thai tea with their sweet salty cream foam! 10/10 recommend!!!
