Drive thru order late afternoon. Order came out correct. The lady taking my order was very nice but the white older lady (I assume is the manager) had the WORST attitude. If you're gonna talk bad about customers.. make sure to face away from the window.. some of us can read lips ?

Outstanding service, manager James worked with his team and encouraged and congratulated them multiple times in the short time I was there.Burger Pattie's were juicy and well cookedMilkshake had real ice cream and you could taste the difference.Fries were hot, crispy and not too salty.

I just love standing at the counter with workers knowing I’m there and being completely ignored until it’s convenient for them to take my order! Love that……….. awful experience, but then again customer service in America sucks!

My boyfriend and I came to eat around 7pm and when we grabbed our food, once we started eating it we noticed it had a weird taste to it so we took a look our patty it looked nasty, a bit pale with weird texture and pickles did not have any taste at all.What else could we have done besides walking out with an upset stomach after two bites. This was how our patty looked its an example… we didn’t get to take a picture because we just had left.

The employee Carlos was extremely rude and made me uncomfortable at one of my favorite places. I was rushed as I ordered my food and then he did not explain that the strawberry lemonade was one size. When I found out and asked to switch it for the large drink since I was charged for a large meal he got insulted and snatched the drink from me. I love this franchise but I will never go back to this store as long as this is the way they treat their customers. I was appalled at the service I received today and have never been treated so poorly at Carls Jr.

The lady that was making the burgers named SIBYL was nasty and threw my burger at the cashier and was very rude and aggressive to me for no reason...she need to be reported for throwing my food....and wasting product like

The drive thru was closed but no sign was posted so I sat at the drive thru speaker waiting quite a while before having to drive to the window only to be told the drive thru was closed and I had to come inside the building. The employee also told me the company would not allow them to put a sign outside to advise the drive thru was closed which was a huge customer service disappointment! This location is at a Truck stop so the drive thru should always be an option for customers!Parking: This is a truck stop so most of the parking is taken by the gas station/truck stop customers.
