From the entrance no hello good evening there was ppl dinning pretty packed but it seems very heavy energy! Once we got to the cashier the lady in glasses said “are you ready to order? “ not a hi how are you , how May I help you ? We ordered $45 worth of stuff we got the bundle was told mini churros about 2inches she did with her hands wayyyy off! ? I also ordered the horchata frap and it was way to sweet and to much cinnamon not good at all the churros were okay seems like plain recipe over all we will not be coming back we work hard for our money and we make sure we support good friendly business the other lady seemed to be lovely however the girl with black hair and glasses working around 9pm 3/10/24 caused not just me but my family of 8 to not return also this business has Valentine’s Day decor still up and Xmas decor up if they don’t take the time to take that down why would they take the time to do other more important stuff ?

I came on 2/04/2024 the guy up front was nice when taking our order but the girl there was rude she needs to know how to talk to customers or change job.

I ordered a belam chicken wrap and was a little disappointed. Although it tasted good I felt there was insufficient ingredients portional to the tortilla. The Viet iced coffee was very well done. I ordered a coconut chocolate churro and that was a very tasty. The service was good, not outstanding.

What’s crazy is when this place used to be actually Churroholic I loved it but now it’s like a knock off! The food is very crispy and not tasty. The young lady was not very trained properly and was struggling to do everything. The atmosphere was a little dead. Only a few people came in.
The ice cream flavor is good, but I find the churro to be very dry and messy.

Rude and never going back. Do not recommend.We went there with a couple friends, ordered some food, which took over 20 minutes to get. We start eating and then the worker tells us to leave because they are closed. Out of nowhere. Its 11:26 and they close at 11:30. My friend tells them, first of all- it took a long time for us to get our food. They had literally two bites left and the worker says if you don’t leave, I’m calling the cops. So we told them, ok. Call them. So he did. My friend took her last two bites and we walked out as they were still on the phone with the police. By this time, its 11:27.

This establishment sucks ,no people skills towadrs paying public , the service ,very slow ? skip customers that arrived first ,then the manshe behind the counter got An attitude and refunded the money for the reason that was told that why other customers were being attended came in and order after the order that was already paid. Not recommended.???it was probably discustin anyways, will never spend my hard earned money in place like this.
