Me and my wife have been coming here for a very long time, sometimes twice or three times a month just for the camarones al la diavla. This plate to us was the best we have ever tasted . They got a new chef and he changed the recipe making this dish horrible. Uther than that, both the staff and original food has being amazing. Only reason I gave a one star is because of the new recipe for the diavlia. It sucks because you lost a great customer. Thank you staff and the old chef for the good food and great service. The first time I went here a few years ago I enjoyed the food but service and prices are ridiculous. I been giving it more chances bc I think maybe the ladies are just having a rough day and maybe I got something that was pricey. But nothing changes jeez. I went again today and we are 8, asked to split it BEFORE SHE TOOK THE ORDER she said okay I will do that but in the end she gave me a huge check like what in the world!!!! She said we normally don’t split it but since it’s slow we will do it. Haha. And they charge for salsa and chips to each of us!!!! Plus the gratitude. I don’t find myself going back anytime soon. Idk why they have so many good reviews …. prob there employees. Don’t be fooled.

Food is decent nothing out of the ordinary nor special. This restaurant is over priced. They charge the tip automatically and charges you chips and salsa when you ask for more. They don’t tell you they charge $2.00 for each time you ask for more salsa and chips. Also, they charge you $2.00 for avocado without you telling the waitress you want avocado. My ceviche came with avocado and I assume it came with the plate but when I saw my bill, they charged me $2.00. It wasn’t even a full nor half avocado. I also had shrimp tacos and when I asked for salsa for my tacos they charged me for the salsa. Overall, if you plan to eat here make sure you are aware of what you are ordering and what they are going to charge before you order it because if not then you will be surprised at pay time. Trust me you are not missing anything when it comes to the food at this restaurant. I am definitely not going back!!
