I ordered online. My sandwiches were missing ingredients. One of the sandwiches they didn't even cut the meat. I called to add something to my order and they didn't identify who they were when I called. Just answered with a hello. When my order was picked up a male employee was rude when asked for extra sauce. He threw it at the person picking up the order. This place used to be great and now I don't want to go back. When I called to complain nobody answered the phone and I called several times.

This Firehouse Sub ??? is always super clean and no lines to wait. Every time I've visited this establishment, it's always empty, which is fine since there's always plenty of seating and your food is done quickly. Love the Fireman ??decor all around the place. NOTE: I do NOT recommend getting the small subs ??, too small and not worth the money. Parking ?️ is always available, but handicap parking ♿ is limited. Great subs and good customer service ?.Parking: There is plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Limited parking for handicap.

Riley took my order. He made sure to repeat it back to make sure it was correct. Staff greeted me enthusiastically as I entered the store. Always puts me in a good mood. My sub was hot n fresh and was exactly as I ordered it, no onions and extra mustard. The Hook n Ladder is my favorite. Store was clean. I will return to this location.
I've always loved this location so much because they treat their customers with such care , today I placed an order without realizing I had placed the order for the next day already being at the location. Luis the manager took his time to make my order even though they had closed. Me and my husband were very hungry after work trying to eat without realizing the mistake we made. Luis took care of us without no problem and reassured us it was okay. :) we are very happy and appreciative!!

So I ordered the captain roast beef and cheddar and add bacon, no lettuce, extra onions, and horseradish mayonnaise and lite salt and pepper and large sodaI tasted no bacon checked the last half no bacon. Half way through the second one realized no extra onions. The staff is perfect and pleasant. Even check my sandwich to make sure no lettuce.

Asked to add toppings and the girl took her job so seriously, she said I couldn't. Calm down, y'all don't get paid enough to take it that seriously. But apparently y'all don't get paid enough to correctly complete orders either. Missing a cookie and all their customer support did was offer me 1,000 points to my account which doesn't even cover the cost of a cookie (4,000), the exact food item I was missing in the first place. What a joke

Got catering for a local warehouse the other day and the food was amazing. Got the deluxe platters because they have more meat on them. Had enough for a whole team of hungry warehouse workers and still have leftovers. I recommend asking for the toppings on the side so the sandwiches don't get soggy. The service was excellent as always and will continue to go here for my subs in the future. A++
