Worst jack in the box location I have ever been too received old food that’s hard insane long waits for orders every time mobile order or drive through and DoorDash I drive an extra 10 minutes just to avoid getting jack in the box at this location

If you’re in a hurry, forget going here ordered two meals for one car. There’s a four car back up on non-delivering us food at the window, we were asked to pull around to the side. So as we’re sitting waiting for our food, they are handing food to a car that’s five cars behind us. It literally looks like there’s only one person working at this place

Do not come to this jack in the box. All the employees are short tempered and are quick to blame the customers when they get an order wrong. I have been coming here for years but my last two visits have made me not want to order here ever again. Previously they forgot something in my order then made me pay for it again when I went inside to complain about the missing item. Today I was not greeted and barely acknowledged while at the window and ordering. This is not the first time the woman running the window has given below poor service. She also did not give me the correct change. Essentially stealing my money for this billion dollar corporation. I do not recommend this location or business at this point. Will stick with going to nearest McDonald’s or Burger King instead. This is not the only business in the area but it is the worst.

Food bomb as hell...maybe in a sketchy area due to alot of dopeheads in the area but they make some banger food...sure it may take awhile but i mean its jack...if u see other 1 star reviews bc it takes long...they some impatient folks who probably chewed on legos as a kid??

I was at DriveThru on 3/11/24 @ 8:46pm. I paid with cash & was short changed. Jasenya was informed of this but she argued with me & wouldn’t give me the correct change back. Warning to all cash payers @ this location, pay attention to your change back. Employees here could be short changing you maybe for their tip jar.

I'm a homeless person again in my life. But that doesn't change that I'm a human being. But if this Jack in the box it doesn't matter. The employees here are some of the rudest I've ever come across. Like right now I watch the employee come out the front door and go back inside. I tried to enter the door is locked. The lobby opens up at 5a.m. so I tried knocking on the door to get their attention. But was basically refused service. Since my Knocks where ignored. Anytime I ask you to use the restroom they are broken. But I have witnessed employees. Tell other customers that they can use them. I don't smoke Blues either. So because I am homeless and having a hard time in life I get treated like a animal. I have not done anything to warrant that kind of behavior. So that is why I am making this post. I love Jack in the box food. But I feel belittled every time I come to this location. To the point I dislike spending money there. But it is the only hot food business that accepts the AZ snap benefits near here. So I am forced to keep accepting the disrespectful behavior. If I want to get hot food near me.. I am so fed up with that I decided to finally post about it. Hopefully things will change at this location. God willing.

Been to this location several times after midnight and there always seems to be a reason why they are "temporarily closed"'. When asked when they open up but they do not answer. Very suspicious. Seems like you need to hire a new night crew.

I went here yesterday around 1am just got off work lady very rude put me on hold for 10 min I told her I would wait then came back to the speaker said she was in the restroom could've kept to herself then she rush me to order my food huffing and puffing while I'm ordering talking to co workers in the back saying this MF in Spanish I know Spanish honey I order 8tacos and a jumbo jack with cheese I just drove threw she was so rude pass don't give your money to rude customer service never again

Terrible service, I placed an order online on 12/25 I went to go pick it up in the drive thru and they asked me to park and come inside. Inside the store the manager informed me they “lost” my order even though they somehow knew what my order consisted of. I showed the manager my digital receipt with proof of purchase and said she couldn’t give me my food because the payment was pending on my bank account I tried explaining to the manager that transactions take 2-5 business days to post onto the account. Manager then calls her “supervisor” who gave her the solution for me to replace the order and spend more money . I’ve contacted the store several times to speak to manager and somehow there’s never a manager that can take my call and they can never tell me what time a manager will be there. I’ve tried contacting the 1-800 number and filed a complaint online and still haven’t heard back. I just want my money back or the food the I ordered.

Jennifer the Manger said I was trying to steal an order when it was placed online they messed up and gave it to the wrong person I had my receipt and everything acussing people of theft instead of accepting you did your job wrong is unacceptable send her back to unemployment online order name was for JOZELIN now I have to wait 5 days for a refund and I got no food
