We order queso fundido it was so hard and stuck to the plate(we returned it). We got a coco con camaron and campechana no flavor whats so ever! I literally put all the lime and salsas on the table they gave us, plus the boiled shrimp was raw, the aguachile shrimp texture was just like gum! My beer was frozen so basically drank water for 5$We paid almost $70 for some nasty mariscosThe waitress was really nice though. Just a reminder when you go eat to restaurants like this and the food is no good is not the waitress fault! We did give her a good tip.

I have only been there a couple of times, and I did like it, they serve you a delicious spicy consomme with your chips and sauces while you wait for your food, my children don't eat seafood so they ordered some meat burritos roasted totally recommended, the meat has a very rich flavor. Mecera excellent service.

This place has great food, but the service is terrible. This establishment charged nearly 1000 $ in the span of three days and they had the audacity to say someone may have stolen my identity…. But they charged at the same location while my card had been left behind by accident. Needless to say we will not be returning due to these matters.

While the food is good, their customer service is horrible. We made the mistake of forgetting our card at the time of check out and the restaurant thought it was ok to continue using the card repeatedly, amounting to nearly 1,000 USD within the span of 3 days of consumption in one location. We tried to just get our money back from the establishment without escalating this situation in any other way, but the manager faulted the customer and said the card was present at the time of transactions.... Obviously it was because it had been left behind. Anyhow... the manager was never present at the time of calls or in person situations. They provided an email for communication and even through email the problem was never resolved. I would not recommend this place due the the bad customer service.
The food was good. But I saw a cockroach crawling all over the wall next to my table I didn't want to cause a scene . But I automatically felt disgusted trying to finish my ceviche. If they have one crawling out on the wall I was disgusted thinking about having them in the kitching crawling over the food omg food very good. But definitely won't be coming back due to bugs

Filete primavera was fire too oh my goodness we had a great experience tasting it all Service: 5/5 lady was really nice and the staff cooked our food extremely quick Amabiance: 5/5 if you like bandas music and Mexico vibes with seafood this is the place for you!!
