I love small businesses and trucks like this, however, there are some issues with this one. Pricing is very inconsistent, locations and hours always vary, and their new location is inconvenient. I stopped coming to the truck unfortunately because they'd have pre-made horchata mix and couldn't accommodate non-dairy options some days, and the pricing would change all the time with no heads up. Some days the horchata lattes would be $7 or $8, this weekend it was $10 for my mom?? She gets the same exact thing every weekend after chasing them down around Phoenix. Not to mention they'd add too much ice that waters it down, and charged more for less ice. The coffee is good, but it's not worth the hassle and inconsistencies.

This coffee is bad, I know is a small business... However, there is no effort put into their drink!!And also they are OVERPRICED (almost 8 dollars).... Starbucks costs the same but way better!

I've been coming here over a year, a native of Tolleson I like to support them. You are paying for specialty sugary coffees, everyone who works there is great and friendly. On this day I stopped in and asked about their Fall specials. The guy told me the list of fall drinks they had. The one I chose was the Pumpkin Horchata Latte. After I tapped my card I got an email notification with my receipt. $7.50 for a Pumpkin Horchata and $1.25 for 2 shots of espresso after taxes coming to $8.14 for a 24oz latte! I told him I didn't want extra shots but I was charged for them, he told me the Pumpkin Horchata Latte is just the horchata then they charge on top for the espresso. I told him he should have told me that in the first place and that when other specialty coffee spots feature a drink they include the shots in the total price. He tried telling me that Starbucks charges for shots and they don't put as much as they do, I stopped him and said no not true- I've worked at Starbucks and I know how many shots got into each iced and hot drink of theirs, even a 24oz Latte. It is much more espresso and cheaper than PHX Grind for a Pumpkin Horchata Latte, even places like Black Rock or Native Coffee down the street do the same. Now if customers are warned they will pay $8 for a coffee because the shots are extra and are okay with it fine, but let it be known to the customer first.

The coffee has exceptional flavor. It's real good quality coffee, mixed with that Mexican style vibes with the horchata latte!!y girlfriend & I are coffee addicts and think this is one of the top 5 spots in AZ for COFFEE!

If you want to find AZ's best coffee spot, look no further Phx Grind Coffee is the BEST!! You will not be disappointed with any item on the menu, they're all great!! This is my weekend coffee spot, and I look forward to getting my weekend cup of coffee. I just wish Phx Grind Coffee, came to Laveen that would make my weekday dreams come true!! The staff is amazing, professional and friendly. I recommend Pumpkin Horchata with espresso, you won't be disappointed.
