Ordered a pizza on the app and never had it delivered. My order got changed to carryout at the last minute and when I called the store to change my order to delivery, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! Instead, the store kept hanging up on me. This is very unprofessional and ridiculous. Now I have to WAIT for a 3 day investigation to get my money back!! Unacceptable and Horrible Customer Service.Don't order from this location if you want delivery!

I don’t know if it’s all locations or just this one but Pizza Hut no longer uses delivery drivers from their store, they use door dash. I wouldn’t mind but the fact they don’t even wrap anything up or put a sticker so they won’t be able to open my food is what is not ok. No receipt, no stickers to close any of the things the food came in. Also drivers are delivering to the wrong address & the link it gives me doesn’t let me report an issue. There’s no way of knowing if it was the store or the person delivering the food. This is just annoying to deal with. I never like leaving reviews but this has happened multiple times. Other than that, food is always good.

I ordered pizza and wings for my family this past weekend. The service I received was prompt and the delivery time giving via the app I received at the time giving. Upon my food being delivered it was nice and hot and and exact way I ordered it as well as my wings. My family and I was very satisfied and would be ordering again. The delivery driver was prompt in delivering my order and followed the instructions giving. Thank you!!

First time visiting that pizza hut when I walked in the young lady was finishing up a pizza she welcomed me in & told me she would be right with me soon as she got the pizza in the oven she approached me immediately & asked my name so she could get my order to me friendly & respectful.
Has to have the worst customer service every time I call I get through to no one I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut again i'd rather spend the extra money and get pizza from Palermo's
