They got very poor service at this location. I asked for some dipping sauce and they gave me hand wipes. And the person who was taking my order I had a had a terrible attitude I would never come to this location and eat out. I have a very bad experience.

Inside was clean! There were plenty of employees, but the wait for food was long food was terrible we both ordered lunch one ordered nuggets and then a three piece chicken with fries. Will. Ever eat there again.Parking: Tolleson location!!

I had ordered ordered a combo from THERE and one of my fries had hair on it and I had took it out my mouth. It was disgusting. Also I called multiple times to try to give them opportunity to fix the issue and they never answered their phone. I would’ve went back to get my meal replace but I had to go to

This is the worst establishment ever, every time I come here I have to wait for food to be cooked even on non-busy times. The staff is rude and disrespectful. They never offered any compensation for not having anything ready and unbelievable long wait times for food.As of right now, While in the drive-through the girl didn’t give me my drink although I had to pull forward and wait in the heat for my food to be cooked they said it’ll only take eight minutes 15 minutes later and I’m still waiting!!Arrived at 11:52 receipt says 11:54 with order was placed, Just got my food at 12:10

First time in this place, yet last time as well. The facility had more dirty tables than clean ones with food and trash everywhere. The soda fountain was worse. As for our order, simply asked for a plain fish sandwich with cheese and they messed that up.

Mens bathroom never has soap, or paper towels. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but recieved half a piece of dried out, chewy chicken. I ordered signature hot wings, but there was barely any sauce on them. Finally, my fries were dried out, and chewy like they'd been sitting out all day. I've been to multiple other locations regularly, and the quality has always been good. Unfortunately this is now the second time I'm having issues with this location in a row

Around 10 I made an order for the 6 piece wings. An hour passes by and I’m still waiting on my food. I reach out and they said my order was already picked up which makes no sense because I never had anyone assigned to my order yet. They give people’s orders out without confirming the name, code, anything. They didn’t even want to remake the order. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
