Was excited to try Oaxacan food, but was disappointed ?. Food was old, no flavor, eggs overcooked burned, small quantities for an expensive meal. Given wrong order. Pictures look great, but presentation in person not the same. Not going back.

An endless wait for very bad over priced food. My chicken tasted.spoiled, but at least it was cooked through so hopefully I won't get sick.we will see. 45 minute wait with only 6 diners in the room.dismal.

We came here on a Sunday at 3pm and there was 4 tables with people sitting. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food after placing our order. The food was terrible, even Filiberto’s tastes more authentic than here. We ordered a bean and rice burrito. The beans tasted canned and the rice was flavorless. The tlayuda was awful. The meat was rubbery and so thin..the actual tlayuda tasted burnt. Overall it was so bad. I had high expectations and was craving authentic Mexican food and honestly I should have just cooked at home.

I order the tacos de asada plate and the amount of rice they gave me was super small on the picture looks alot but it wasn't. The asada had many fat pieces. It felt hot and the sodas did not had refills. Not coming back.

I really like the coffee pot coffee as no creamer or sweetener is needed. I ordered the chorizo and eggs for breakfast and it was delicious except that I was disappointed it was not spicy at all. The salsa with chips was spicier than anything. My only complaint is that service is sort of slow. It seems there's only one maybe 2 people working here. Breakfast time the dining room was completely empty. I recommend trying this restaurant out if you're not in a hurry. Also you can call in your order ahead and pick up at the counter.

such a great and authentic mexican restaurant! i ordered the torta with chorizo, beef, cheese, and avocado and it came with fries. i also ordered the strawberry agua fresca (which was so big! but a great value for your money). everything was delicious! the food was hot and had really great flavor. it tasted like my moms cooking, i was very happy and full by the end. the only thing that caught me off guard was how spicy the salsa was that they served with chips at the beginning- so just beware if you’re not good with spice. i usually am but i wasn’t expecting how spicy it was lol and the lady who served me was very nice and the gentleman who was also there was also very kind. i liked that the restaurant was clean and the chairs and booths didn’t have seem to have tears in them. if i’m ever in the area i’ll definitely stop by again!

Took my friend here from out of town and was very disappointed. The only reason it's getting 1 star is because the flavors were decent. Otherwise, the Carne asada in the street tacos were almost as hard as rocks, the were out of alot of drinks, and the Chorizo queso dip is over cooked microwaved (hard enough that the thick tortilla chips kept breaking) Shredded cheese on a plate with Chorizo mixed in. Also, the waitress who took our order was not very friendly because I didn't speak Spanish. I wouldn't eat here again

I had literally drove past this restaurant for years and one day I decided to go in with my family, best decision ever, the aguas frescas are delicious and the food was bomb! We had mole negro and a tlayuda

So happy to have found authentic Mexican food. Not disappointed at all. Even the coffee was amazing. I will definitely be back, and will be bringing others with me. Great job guys. Keep up the great work and amazing food. This is definitely a hidden gem. A bigger plus because they were playing the old Mexican music that remained me of my grand parents ❤️
