If I could give 0 stars I would. I went inn young lady attending me was rude, I got home to enjoy my sandwich, come to find two hairs on it! Honestly disappointed and disgusted, on my receipt it says cashiers name is Rose! DO BETTER

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times, and there’s always this young lady giving attitude, she’s rude, I have always loved when KIM is there she is the sweetest person!! Always look forward to seeing her when I go!! She gives the best customer service LOVE HER!!!

The employee just sat there on the table on his phone; when I asked him if they were closed for the night, no response.Even tapped him on the shoulder but completely ignored me only to just listen to music. Terrible service.

My load was canceled so I had to post up at the Love's. I am so happy that I decided to eat at Subway. Amanda Healer prepared for me the most fresh and beautiful salad. She was super awesome two days in a row.

I went in at about 12:30am on January 15th and right as I pulled up into the parking lot, the guy at the drive thru window shouted "We're closed" followed by the n word.These guys are normally open 24 hours as they are within a Love's truck stop and they also share the spot with a Carl's Jr.I walked into the Carl's Jr after double checking the hours and the same guy who called me the n word approached me and said they are closed. I asked why and pointed out they're normally open 24 hours and his coworker said they were short staffed and they refused to take my order.They should at least put a sign up on the wall explaining they were short staffed rather than using foul language and refusing to take my order. And they also need to update their hours on Google so people don't get off the freeway inconveniently just to get denied service.I'm placing the review on Subway's page as the guy who called me the n word was wearing a Subway shirt and I hope his boss sees this and fires him for being unprofessional and rude to me. This guy (most likely late teens or early 20s) apparently prefers to goof off with his coworkers rather than do his job and serve customers.

Was very dissatisfied at this place, Night Shift worker name David was very unprofessional and rude seems he didn’t like to work , i asked him a question the sauce I’m getting from subway is sweet or sour?regarding my sandwich which he ignored at first and rudely answered saying “Idk”If owner manager reading this please educate the workers to treat customers with professional way and learn what they selling . This is going to subway franchise boardThanks
