Still on my way back home to California from Texas... I had to make another gas and potty stop... this time at Pilot, Tonopah, AZ. Gas prices continue to creep up as I continue heading west... this very small Pilot gas station won the most expensive gas award at $5.39 per gallon that I pumped during my entire trip to and from Texas LOL. Luckily, this award was given out near the end of my trip. Like they say, the smaller ones are feistier or in this case, more expensive. Honestly, I don't even remember my restroom experience here... I think the high gas price took over any other thoughts I may have had during my visit... I was in distraught mode LOL. Thank you Pilot for being present throughout my trip. Actually, I think I pumped more at Love's than at Pilot for some reason... maybe Love's have more squishmallows than Pilot does. Hey, I go where the goods are at LOL. Anyway, I will always be your customer over any other travel stop besides Love's. Happy Pilot'ing!

Always hopping here, as it is just off the freeway and many truckers stop here for meals and showers while out on the road. Stopped here for gas and snacks on the way to California. People from all walks of life in here doing the same as me. Well stocked store plus they have Subway if you want actual eats and not just snacks and sweets.

Super clean, friendly staff. The staff was smiling and pleasant. These people all need a raise! I have never been to a gas station where everyone working was smiling, happy, and very clean. Their positive attitude was very contagious. Family stopping through on our way to California on a Thursday morning.

My stop off if Rt 10 on the way to El Dorado Hot Springs .. marker for the hidden Gem... Always makes me happy, convenient!!

For the most part, the facilities seem clean. That said, there are employees walking around the store without masks, touching food. All customers seem to be complying with the posted rule. Friendly reminder there's a pandemic, and we all have a vested interest in staying safe....

My truck stop reviews always start with 5 stars and go down from there. If you work in a truck stop wear a mask or take the sign off the door, that's all I've got to say. I personally do not believe masks do anything and I rarely wear one inside businesses but if there's a vulnerable spot in our country it's at truck stops. I will wear one as a courtesy and their employees should do the same. Please hold your team to a higher standard.

Put over 350 bucks in fuel for my truck and can't even get a cup of coffee. 5:30 AM, truckers are filling the fuel lines, people coming in and there is absolutely NO coffee in any of the cans. Are they that busy? Not yet but I saw 2 employees stocking the sandwiches and one behind the counter with no customer.
Wanted to get a Subway sandwich, a real nice lady was helping a customer in front of me with a larger order. She calls for a lady in the back to come help me the lady comes out appears to be a miserable person, which she should be thankful right now she has a job looked at me gets some cookies out of the oven and walked to the back. I just left. At this time there are a lot of places that will be happy to help me. Tried to get a sandwich here again on June 23 at about seven in the morning, I believe the same nice gal was working with a mask covering her face which is nice, she starts my sandwich then an old lady with blond hair comes out with a mask below her chin which is no help at all to finish my sandwich, she finishes it then slides it to the cash register and starts helping another customer with His sandwich and doesn't take my money and expect me to wait, I just left I think this was the same lady that came out the last time looking miserable. She needs a different job

This place is convenient and was a great pitstop for my family and I on our way home to California from Phoenix. The gas was priced very reasonably for Arizona and the building it self was hudge with a massive selection of snacks, on top of that there was a subway attached. I will absolutely return to this location on my next visit to Arizona!

Bless this little gas station. Did my first drive to Arizona and stopped in here for gas and restroom stop, as all fast food places are closed during this pandemic. Cashiers were all very courteous, helpful, friendly and the gas was cheaper than the neighboring chevron (can't remember, but it's a bigger chain). Am delighted to stop off here again.

On our way home to California, after an spontaneous trip to Arizona, from seeing my Girlfriend. We had never been to this Pilot location, but glad we did! It conveniently located right off the freeway/highway. Easy access to parking. The facilities inside were clean, organized, and they had a little bit of everything you need for your trip! The facility had food, gas, showers, and more!!!!! Definitely a place to remember on your next journey on the 10!

The folks at this Pilot--from the cashiers to the maintenance to the Subway kids-- are SO NICE. My car broke down in 110 degree heat while driving from CA to Phx (home). I drove in the heat from Quartzite to Tonopah before I needed to rest. Everyone at Pilot was so kind (and I must have looked like a bedraggled mess). I was traveling with two dogs and we were all overheating. The employees let me sit in the AC and gave us water and gave the dogs pets and treats. They also keep the place clean and offer great customer service to everyone who walks in (I know this because I watched them for hours while I worked out my situation. I know if I ever need to travel this road again, this Pilot is a safe and clean location filled with kind people.
