One of my favorite spots in Tubac, is to treat myself to lunch or dinner at Shelby's Bistro. One of my favorites is the shrimp and avacado salad. Crisp greens, high quality shrimp and the dressing is fabulous. My husband enjoys the juicy hamburger with the best fries ever!

Good lunch spot-great service since the restaurant was packed & they were short staffed! We ate outdoors under a helpful umbrella. Nice atmosphere but sorta spendy for what you get...but how many times can you eat some great food outdoors in Tubac?

The Mediterranean pizza is amazing! The burgers are amazing. I live in Boston but my folks live in Tubac and I always stop here at least once or twice per visit.

The food was good but not memorable. They were very busy, so service was a slow but understandable but the servers were pleasant. The table cloth was not clean, but had crumbs on it.

Waited almost an hour for a table.Took 25 minutes to get drinks finally able to order food.Ordered a basic plain hamburger got it after another 30 minutes ordered it medium was well done and dried out also loaded lettuce,tomatoe and mayo,asked for half a bun to replace the mayo one another 15 minutes sweet potato fries were cold.The whole experience was like an episode of Twilight Zone.Here on vacation and definitely not going back there

Wonderful meal and drinks, the only downside was that they were extremely shortstaffed. Seems to be an industry wide problem though would absolutely recommend this place for dinner.
