So I bought a Scotsman Ice machine from this company off of EBAY for $1300. What was delivered was a Follett Ice Machine AND it didn't even wok properly. It kept going on and off, on and off. So I attempted to rectify this with some guy named Jarrad. I was assured that he sent me the wrong item and I would have another shortly. TWO WEEKS LATER, I still didn't hear anything. I attempted to contact him via EBAY messaging. No response. I escalated the case with EBAY and it was resolved in my favor, BUT WAIT, it get's better. I had to send the wrong and defective Ice machine back at MY EXPENSE. I don't have $425.00 to do this so I sent it FREIGHT CHARGE ONLY COD to the address EBAY said I had to return it to. Turns out, ACE Vending isn't located in a residential setting at 1929 W Calle Lado Al Rio like was on the profile from Jared. Luckily, I still had the phone number from where Jarrad's helper called our small town convenience store. I called and finally got up with Jared. After being told that I'm just like every one else in this world with a problem, he hung up on me. So I'm out $1300 plus shipping which turns out to be $1500, I have no ice machine, and Jared (Ace Vending) made a slick $1500. God Bless America.

I finally found a great company for my snack and beverage needs! I have been so impressed with the great service and their prices. Jarrad and I have worked together to be sure I stay in budget while providing everyone in the office snacks and drinks. They come in once a week and do inventory of the snacks for me so I don't have to waste that time and i can be working on other projects. Great job!
