The process to order is really incompetent. Long lines I believe if you limited the amount of questions asked you could provide more efficient service. Being asked about 2 different upsells after completing the order. Then asked TWICE in two different forms if I wanted to donate my change. Change your policies to be more mindful..... Arby's has the QUESTIONS not the meats. ?

Very expensive bun was burnt on one sandwich and no cheese...other one was good not burnt with cheese 2 for $6 really 1 good one for $6

When did Arby's get SO expensive!? I got 3 meals. 1 cheddar roast beef meal, and each kid got the chicken bacon ranch. Then I added +1 cheddar roast beef sandwich by itself. Over $50. How!??? The food was good but it's nowhere worth that amount of money. You guys are going to go out of business!!! Not just this location.... the entire company. For prices like that, the place needs to be cleaner, the service needs to be 100% excellent. What you offer is not worth that in the slightest.

Always liked the food at Arby’s but the people that work at this location are very rude and have zero personality. They have no customer service skills. They are short and shut the window door before you can even ask for extra sauce. I’m not a customer to leaving negative review but these people were passed rude. They act like you’re inconveniencing them. I didn’t know they didn’t take tap to pay but the response I got when I tried telling me they don’t do tap was extremely rude. There is a certain tone people use and their tone was unfriendly and so was the expressions on their face. When you’re working in a customer service industry, you need to have better people skills than that.
