I could tell the man at cash register was frightened. Someone shoulda stopped her. “Once again this historic Tucson monument has shown this simpleton how proper and above board buisness is done. I arrived at a set time, I asked, they delivered. I was blown away by the VIP experience they had in store for me, first I was brought down into the basement where there were several armed guards, who patted me down from head to toe. Inside those doors was like shangri-la, a steam room near the dance floor lit by Ultraviolet lights, a DJ dressed as a beef and cheddar sandwich. Coke was everywhere I could look and I spent the next few hours in complete beefy bliss, you gotta know the beef boss to get in this deep, only a select few arbys supporters will ever get this far, so I say thank you arbys I'll never forget the times we had.“

An undercooked duck breast you can barely cut for $37 at some upscale Tucson food snob restaurant… or two of these tasty melt-in-your-mouth CRB sandwiches for $6? What, neither? After tax, less than $7 for lunch… not the healthiest lunch mind you, but hey… it’s fast food, it’s inexpensive, and it satisfies. “When did Arby's get SO expensive!? I got 3 meals. 1 cheddar roast beef meal, and each kid got the chicken bacon ranch. Then I added +1 cheddar roast beef sandwich by itself. Over $50. How!??? The food was good but it's nowhere worth that amount of money. You guys are going to go out of business!!! Not just this location.... the entire company. For prices like that, the place needs to be cleaner, the service needs to be 100% excellent. What you offer is not worth that in the slightest.“
“We had such a great experience at this 1893 W Grant Rd location. Rhonda took our order in the drive through. She was upbeat and fun. Great service thanks for the fun laugh you are a great customer service expert!! Food wS great too! Will come to this Arby's again!“
“literally one man on duty, manning the drive-through, serving all dishes by himself, running the whole store with no help except for a cook that was getting ready to leave and he still managed to keep the drive-through going, and was friendly with a smile throughout it all hands-down, great place I would definitely recommend they have a very hard dedicated man there“
“Great place to eat the only thing missing to make this a true restaurant is table service. But for a fast food place definitely a good eat.Parking: It's a bit of pain cuz it's one way you have to go all the way around the restaurant to exit but that's due to an engineering issue The Taco Bell next door is the same way so I think it was just a location-based issue where the contractor only knew how to make one thing.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking right in front of the door, Short ramp not very steep. blue button.“
