I love the food but i rated a 1 star because you cannot call in an order anymore. I tried to order last night & Cox cable was having an internet outage in my area so therefore i couldn't order online. Baggins wouldn't take the order over the phone & although i could have gone & ordered in the store i just wanted to pick up some food without sitting & waiting for it. Oh well, the 70$ order for 4 people must not matter to Baggins.I still love their sandwiches.

Don’t know why they have neon “Open” signs if they’re going to leave them on all the time. The posted hours are a QR code, so sorta confusing if you want a breakfast sandwich. They open at 10.

The food is always good but this location does NOT have a customer bathroom. There isn't even a public bathroom to be shared by the businesses there. People about to eat need a place to at the very least wash their hands hence one star for service.

Order catering for a party of 50 and wish I took pictures! The catering order did not disappoint. The biggest we hitter surprisingly was the cold Asian sesame noodles. My only recommendation is that they have more appetizing options for combo vegan and gluten free. The platter ordered was slightly mediocre. Their dessert platter does not disappoint! It’s something for everyone to enjoy. I would totally use them again for catering.

I made the mistake of letting 16 individuals give me 16 different orders - so the Catering option didn't work for us but the GM Stephen took the time to call me and suggest how I could order online and get the items bagged together for each individual - it worked Perfectly!! I had to run into the shop the day before our event and pick up some tea, Jalessa and her staff were so nice, it was just an awesome experience working with this Baggin's team for our first in-person meeting in 4 years. Attendees were thrilled with the sandwiches, sides and desserts. Thank you Baggin's at Speedway and Treat!

I have been a customer over 20 years. I know it takes then a long time to make a sandwich but it’s good. I found out today I can no longer call ahead with my order because they want me to go online and create an account. I’m not coming back until they stop with this absurd requirement.
Jalessa is amazing!!! Extra customer service with bday carrot cake and suggested adding almonds, which was delicious!!! My favorite baggins location!!!

Baggins at Speedway and Treat did an amazing job catering a work lunch for me! Steven, the manager, spent such a great deal of time to assist me from suggestions to working their online ordering system. He never made me feel that he was in hurry and really cared enough to make my lunch the best it could be for the budget I was working within. Highly recommend this store and their catering menu. Lastly, I had it delivered, and it was so great to see a store associate do the delivery and really care to help me with any set up assistance I needed. All around great experience. Will definitely do another order with them in the near future!

I have been a fan and supporter of Baggins for many years as an excellent local business. Today was different. They obviously do not want live people as customers: do not answer phones, website cumbersome, no pickup area (you have to wait in line even though your food is ready and paid for)
