My last visit. Ordered the meatball sandwich lunch special with 10 ppl at tables and 6 iin line in front of me at the register. I waited 25 minutes with the ppl behind me in line already served. Hire some more staff or get organized. I'm done with it.

I went to order lunch today. They were slammed so I granted the benefit of the doubt and ordered. I was told there was no more 12 grain bread so I opted for sourdough. I waited 48 mins and noticed that everyone after me was receiving their food even the large orders. They forgot about me or gave my food away. I asked was the ETA is on my order and was told they did not get it ready. Once they realized their error they began to work on my order. I was granted a refund for my sandwich and an upgrade on my soup. I was grateful. However when I went to finally eat my food at my desk because my lunch hour was spent waiting there, the sandwich was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. It was supposed to be a grilled cheese jalapeño popper. The cheese went unmelted due to the sandwich being made on a roll instead of sourdough. I was already having a stressful day and now I get to deal with the stress hungry. I really wish they would get them proper supplies to fulfill their orders knowing this is a very busy site.

Ordered the Southwestern Tuna Melt Sandwich. It tasted good, but definitely NOT worth $14. Barely any tuna and nothing "gourmet" about it.

Poor service. I just ordered a sandwich and had to wait almost a half hour for them to make it. Do better.

Consistent quality and service! People in our office can always rely on this staff for a tasty lunch.Gluten-free bread is the only reason I can even eat a sandwich, and they do not charge and arm and a leg for the substitution.

Awesome selection of sandwiches, their Rum cake is yummy. Salads are also outstanding.

Can't seem to talk to anyone - the restaurant is too busy, ordered a delivery online that was sent via doordash, doordash tracking says that it was delivered, but I never received it? I do not have a doordash account, and so even if I created one now, they won't have record of the wrong delivery? tried to email the confirmation email from Baggins, but received notification that the email is only "one-way" communication, and it bounced back as undeliverable. There is no contact email on the website and this is the only way to leave the restaurant a message? Normally the food and service here are excellent, but I need a refund, please?

Overpriced, bacon over cooked, and got my order wrong. Sliced meat instead of grilled chicken as I ordered

They do have decent gluten free bread so you can order ANY sandwich and they grill the bread for hot sandwiches. Not sure if all my gluten free friends out there are aware of that. I had grilled cheese with ham and tomatoes and several other sandwiches on gluten free bread. The Cowboy is delicious on gluten free grilled bread.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread for any sandwiches
