Not mad about it but I don't appreciate it. I came before they close at 9:55 when I stopped. There were two girls working in there and one of them was taking the trash out. I was trying to be polite but so I asked if they're still open and she said we're closed. I was looking at the closing time on the door and it's still not the time. The door was unlocked so I asked the girl inside who's the skinny (there's no other way to differentiate between the way they look) and she said we close at 10 it's okay. She was nice the whole time and I kinda took some time to order for my wife and I. She was working on the sundae, and the other one came in she looked irritated that I'm in and asked me if I needed anything else. I asked for three scoops. there was a big difference between her service and the other one. The course she gave me looked like half scoops. I intended to leave a leave a tip because the one inside was nice and doing well but I honestly didn't and I regret paying money for that amount of ice cream and service. We like Baskin-Robbins but the service is what makes the difference.

we ordered an ice cream cake from the La Cholla/Ina location for my kids birthday this past weekend and it was absolutely horrible! I haven't had a BR ice cream cake in many, many years and they are not what I remember. The main (yellow) frosting tasted like really bad cool whip and I am not exaggerating when I say there was a 1/2 inch (more in some areas) of frosting on top. almost as much frosting as cake. Nobody liked it and it was a complete waste of money. Not sure if it was the location, the person who made it or if this is just how they are now, but I am NEVER getting one of these again!

I went in to order two scoops of the 'cup of cocoa' on a sugar cone because I was driving, and a cone is easy to drive with. She scooped it out with a soaking wet scoop onto the cone while I'm watching the milky water run out of the scoop and down the cie cream, then dumped it in a cup, stabbed a spoon in it, and handed it to me. It looks really freaking gross, and she didn't even offer a refund when I said it was gross and I didn't want it. She said the ice cream was soft and just handed back to me with a qhatever attitude. Really horrible experience, and I'm really disappointed. $7 for bad customer service and a cup of mushy wet sadness with a cone and spoon on top.

Walked in and right back on out it was so dirty! Rug was covered in hair? Floors looked filthy, just imagine the kitchen and machines. Just gross and unappetizing, disappointed!

We used to frequent this location often for a special ice cream treat. Not anymore. This place is so filthy. There are literally bug and/mouse traps in the dining area. We saw at least 4 bugs crawling in the dining area. The bathroom is disgusting and unusable. The light doesn’t work, urine on the floor and on the toilet.Several of the ice creams were too soft, suggesting they have not been kept at proper temperature. The health department should do an inspection on this facility. We will likely not go back again.

I was satisfied at how the young man (HS aged) was patient and helped give a few tastes to my 3 1/2 year old grand daughter as it was her first time in an Ice Cream store (Covid child) What I was very disappointed in was the filthy floor. The black grout needs a power scrubber/washer. Additionally, we were there on a Sunday late morning. After a few couples left, a homeless man came in and sat to the side until we left, then approached the young man. I felt bad that we left this young man alone in this situation be we had a 1 and 3 year old to take care of. Owner should provide training for these kids in this situation. Even if they are 16, they are still kids.
Showed up at this location at 9:54 (6 minutes before closing) and was told immediately by the teenage employee that was sitting on her phone that it was closed. Door was unlocked, open sign was not on, and I will most likely not be returning. What a bummer.

We went to this location as a family after my daughter's 5th grade promotion and my son ordered a smoothie. The worker rattled off the flavors and my son didn't understand her so just went with the last choice which was Mango. He took a sip and it was not good at all even my husband made a face. So we took it to the counter still full and he asked for a different flavor. Mind you he has Adhd and ODD so keeping focus is hard. After they made the new smoothie they made us pay for that one too! I was annoyed because from what I understand if you go somewhere and do not like something that obviously tastes awful they will make something else. Am I wrong. We won't be back.

We went into the store and it was disgusting. Very dirty, the freezers are in need of defrosting as they are covered in ice. Ice cream flavors are mixed into other flavors, the display window and front windows look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time.
